Took a specific design in and was given a price and appointment time. Showed up for my appointment & Mark was working on someone else so was told to come back. Third time was not the charm....finally get in there and yeah....not happy with the quality of work for the most part. The design is crooked, too thick, and lower than i stated i wanted it.
