I have been coming to this shop to get a large back tattoo of a koi done by Steve. I am absolutely in love with his work. We went to this place about a month ago and The guy there named Fat monkey did my girlfriends tattoo, First off he didnt even use a stencil or had any paper to look off of or ideas before doing a cross tattoo on her, He just straight went for it with no time to think or Say what would look good with the cross. It already faded within about 2 weeks She properly took care of It with the washing anti bacterial soap and tattoo lotion . I dont think it was a great tattoo at all, we had to go to Atattooed right across from this place and they had to make the cross better looking with dimensions in it which looks definitely better. It wasnt even straight going horizontally and The right side was fatter than the left side horizontally from the white raven tattoo place. Truly impressive work. In the past, ive always gone to the same artist for all of my ink so i was very nervous about trying someone new. But the shop was very clean and inviting, and the entire staff was super friendly! And I'm in LOVE with my new tattoo. She turned out SO cute! I was sent to see Patrick Loud and he was completely unprofessional. Appointment was set, I was on time, and he walk away to and left me sitting for over 45 minutes. Chi Chi is the best tattoo artist I've ever worked with, she is an amazing artist. She's also fun, kind & laid back. I've gotten 3 tattoos from her and she's got a client for life. Visited this shop for the first time 5 days ago to explore Steve's availability to do a small tattoo for my wife for Valentine's Day. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly, the shop is clean and inviting, and the art on display shows you that they do high quality work. Steve did the tattoo last night and it is even better than we could have imagined. It's an original piece (illustrated hedgehog) with plenty of character and exceptional color - it looks like it could b...e peeled off like a sticker. And, Steve is great guy! I'm already scheduled to go get a rather large piece next week and am absolutely geeked about it! UPDATE: Steve started work on my sparrow tattoo - after 6 days of being covered with Saniderm, the outline is spectacular! Can't wait to go back of Saint Patrick's Day to get him colored. And, already thinking that this one bird might just be the start of an awesome chest piece. Wife was also in for a second tattoo (an otter to pair with her hedgehog). She is booked to add another piece on Saint Patrick's Day! We're hooked. UPDATE #2: My sparrow tattoo was completed on Saint Patrick's Day and my wife added a sizable sugar glider tattoo to her collection that same day.
