Nadine is exceptionally pleasant, very accepting and she had no problem incorporating a couple last minute ideas into my design. She was patient, even though she was booked and the entire staff was delightfully accommodating. The shop is clean, it's well-lit, and smells just delightful. It's a indie-grunge sort of magickal land where even though it was my first tattoo, I didn't feel like an outsider. Fair price, thorough instructions and I'll definitely be back! Such a laid back local tattoo and piercing shop. The staff is so friendly, helpful, non-judgmental and they aren't pushy. I went in and got a jewelry change, which is $5, and a new hoop earring for $5. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Gary did an awesome Yosemite Sam for me about 10 years ago when he was at a different shop. I tracked him down and he did a Foghorn Leghorn for me and touched up Yosemite at the same time. First of all, every time I tried to stop in during your "regular" hours, there's a sign on the door that you're closed for that day. Second of all, every time I've stopped in there for help, I was told " we are closing so I cannot help you now" or I was told "I'm the only one here and today is a very busy day so I can't help You right now". I've also left voice mail messages with no call backs! I purchased a tragus earring from you and all I needed was help putting it in. It ...wasn't like I needed hours of your time, but maybe that was the problem, you knew my money spent was going to be pennies, so my time wasn't worth it. Well, I will say that my voice is priceless... and when anyone asks me for recommendations on a tattoo place, your store will never come out of my mouth except to make sure they know why NOT to go to this store.
