Unprofessional and rude. Accompanied my daughter for a tattoo. She had spent weeks trying to find a time that worked for "Charlie" and her schedule. He told her to come in after 8:30, which we did. When we got there, he played on his phone for 15 minutes while we stood there, then told us he was "too tired" from his long day and his carpal tunnel surgery to start on anything new. Needless to say, my daughter was frustrated and disappointed--and both of us had given up our Saturday night to honor the appointment. We made a new appointment for the next week, but thought better of it after leaving, so my daughter cancelled the appointment within a hour and resumed research on a different place. Charlie's response was to text a mutual friend that my daughter had "wasted his time."  Interesting projection, immature and unprofessional. I have had 4 tattoos with Charlie. I highly recommend Soul Expressions. Very clean and family friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the entire shop. Not only is Charlie and amazing artist he is also a great example of how a person should be. He is very warm and welcoming, and just so easy to get along with.
