I had a terrible experience my first time. I made the mistake of going to AL to do my tattoo. I put down a 100$ deposit like the shop requires which is no big deal. The day of my appointment I made a huge mistake and woke up late because I work midnight shift and I slept through my alarm. I called AL 33 minutes late and first he didn’t remember my name and second had to fumble around to find my work that we were doing. I apologized left and right and told him I could be there within 10 minutes but he claimed he had already filled my spot. I was frustrated but understood because he needs to make his money. So he told me he would get back to me later that day to reschedule. He said he didn’t have my number which was a lie because I filled out a paper with my number on it when setting up the original appointment, so I gave him my info again but never heard back. Two days go by and no call, then I call him and am told he left the shop early. I call today at 12:30 and he answers and once again I apologize for what I did. He begins to badger me about how I was late, “I started off on the worst foot possible” and then makes a statement that “I am probably late for a lot of things in life.” He proceeds to tell me that he is not doing my tattoo anymore. He hung up the phone on me and that is it. He can have the 100$ because I would never want him to do any work on me. The other 1000$ of work we planned to do, I will be happy to give to another more professional artist. I wish I would have worked with Tom or Carl instead of being referred to Al, I have seen their work and they both are fantastic Read Less
