I got my first tattoo here almost two months ago. I was only getting a small lizard behind my ear and he took two hours just to get it ready. Me and my boyfriend almost left because he was taking so long just for a little tattoo. It turned out fine but now there is a dry white bump on a part of it. I'm not sure if he did something wrong or if it's just a scab. It doesn't hurt but it's really annoying, it doesn't look good. I feel like it should have been done scabbing by now I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Read Less

I called in to see if Jeff Hamm could fit me in to start a shoulder/half sleeve piece I want and he was awesome. He was able to fit me in that same evening, sketched my idea out beautifully and rather quickly and was very knowledgeable about what would look best as far as size, detail, etc. He was very clean, efficient, direct but not a jerk and made me feel comfortable! Went here today for an industrial piercing. King was my piercer. Great experience! Very friendly and informative. Explained the entire process from picking out my jewelery to the piercing to all of the after care. Very clean store and sterilization process. Will be going back to him for my lip when it's time. I had a double piercing by Raven the day before Thanksgiving 2016. I was impressed by her calming demeanor, I was rather nervous about the whole thing. Raven helped me pick out the jewelry that not only worked for my piercings, but that I also liked. (read: plain and simple) During the actual piercing, I may have even yelped a wee bit. She completely ignored that, waited til I was ready and did the second one. No judgement at all. Professional attitude all the way through my visit. Aftercare was explained to me clearly, with the addendum to call if I had any questions or concerns at all. I had no problems with my piercings after the initial tenderness.
