Z has done almost all of my piercings he is the best piercer in Toledo hands down. My anxiety goes threw the roof anytime I go in there to get a piercing done and he Knows just how to calm you down and make you feel comfortable. I will ALWAYS go to Z to get my piercings done nobody else could compare. Go to perfectly pierced permanently scarred and ask for Z. I'll be there soon to get more piercings. The service is fast and the people are friendly . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Z is a great piercer, he is very quick and thorough. I got my Forward Helix pierced and it hurt a lot less than I expected.

Went to Zii tonight with 14 other friends and he was AMAZING. He even stayed after to finish piercing our ears. It was very sterile and he was very nice!! Very professional.

I went to Permanently Scarred a little over a year ago and had Booke put a very symbolic and very near to my heart piece on my forearm. From the moment I stepped in the door I knew this place was a class act from front to back. Clean, well decorated, all important credentials were displayed out in the open and a very nice display case holding various items of merchandise caught your eye upon entering. I enjoyed it so much.......I'm returning tomorrow for another fine piece to be put in place once again by Booke! Top notch, I highly recommend!

I was in last night to get my first tattoo. Jayjay was the artist and he did an outstanding job. It was a small simple tattoo but one with great meaning. I was a little nervous as I don't have a high pain tolerance and this would be my test for the next two. Because of the way he did my tattoo, recognizing the sensitive areas over the tendon and my pain tolerance, made this a very pleasant experience. I will be back for my next 2 and will see him for those as well.

I have gotten tattoos and many piercings here. It is always clean. Z is the best piercer. I suggest if he is available that you take him.

My anxiety goes threw the roof anytime I go in there to get a piercing done and he Knows just how to calm you down and make you feel comfortable. I will ALWAYS go to Z to get my piercings done nobody else could compare. Go to perfectly pierced permanently scarred and ask for Z. I'll be there soon to get more piercings. I was in last night to get my first tattoo. Jayjay was the artist and he did an outstanding job. It was a small simple tattoo but one with great meaning. I was a little nervous as I don't have a high pain tolerance and this would be my test for the next two.
