I came here and got 3 tattoos by josh they were really great and all but when I tried to make my appointment to finish my arm tattoo he would give me a time and a date and I’d show up (btw I love 45 ish min away so it was a drive) and josh wouldn’t be there. The 1st time he forgot to text me and tell me he was sick witch I totally understand but then it happen 2 other times after that. Terrible customer service . My boyfriend and I had an appointment for 9pm..we arrived at 8:45 and hung out in the lobby. Mario sat on the phone units 9:10 finally emerging and claiming we weren't supposed to be there till 10:30. So he says he needs to set up so we wait in his room. It was 9:45 before he started on my boyfriend and may I add, he never asked to see our license and never had us fill out any paperwork. Once done he tells my boyfriend to come back once it's healed because he had missed some spots but didn't want to continue . He then does mine, which took like 7 mins (it was small) and as soon as he's done he stands up and says "okay, see ya later" never giving us annny aftercare information at all. The next day my boyfriend had bruising on his arm around the tattoo where Mario had pushed way too deep. He also charged 300 for a tattoo that said 2 words. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy . Read Less

first of all.... sketchy as hell. i asked to them change my piercings for me and i wanted my thirds done.... earlier that night i tried to change my nose ring and once it was out, i couldn’t get the new one in so i asked if they could help with that too. they basically repierced my nose and gave me THEIR ring, i couldn’t use the one i brought. so i got charged for that. he changed my helix and daith for me... pierced one side of my ear for my thirds and i asked to get the other side done too. MY TOTAL WAS $80 DOLLARS. i got charged for them changing my already healed piercings. they will skam you, don’t suggest going to this place at all Read Less

I needed my 2 year olds ears re-pierced after her one ear closed. I called first and the person on the phone was kind and knowledgeable. When I arrived we had to wait a little bit, but they were kind. They did such a quick job with my daughter she didn’t cry or feel a thing. I’m glad they were nice and knew what they were doing. Incredibly rude staff and bad quality. I went for the free basic piercing on my birthday (which I messaged them on Facebook and asked about it beforehand and they said yes we do it) then I get there and the skinny rude piercer tells me she doesn't do them and that promotion is "piercer specific" but since I seem nicer than other people she gave it me. She was pushy, and worked too fast. She marked 3 holes options for my ear piercing with the marker when I've gone to permanently scarred and perfectly pierced and Z the piercer literally sat me down, talked and was so amazing, he said "we can sit here all day and I will move that mark wherever you like, back and forth a few times if you need to". Wow, so unbelievably rude before I even walked in the damn door. Open until 3 AM and I call to ask a simple question at midnight, not even about their shop I might add, and the lady says "we're closed I'm walking out the door" and hangs up on me. Read Less

I've had work done by Mario and he has done the best work that I've ever had done. Four of my tattoos he did 11 years ago and they still look great, even the red is holding up beautifully. I always recommend people to go to needle master and see Mario. Thanks for the awesome work Mario. Read Less

Probably the worst service I've had in a long time. The woman who was supposed to do my tattoo showed up the time of the appointment. (I was early so that was my own fault, but I was trying to be nice because she told me a lot of people showed up late, or not at all) Though she didn't bother to call me, or the shop and say that she was sick. I had to wait an hour and a half to be tattooed by a total d-bag. Everyone asked if I needed help, but I only talked to the person that did my tattoo twice. He kept asking me if I was nervous, which I wasn't until he repetitively asked me if I was. A few minutes if I start bawling my eyes out. He kept telling me to just calm down, and then refused to turn on music when I said it would help me calm down. He literally said, "No, I can't do that. Nope, it won't help. You just need to calm down.". After he said he was done with the outline, I told him I wanted to stop because it was starting to hurt too much. He told me he wasn't going to let me leave with a half finished tattoo, and that I could handle it. I was there to get a memorial tattoo for my father, so it was an emotional time already. To be treated in such an apathetic manner was appalling to me, and made the overall experience horrible. Not to mention I had to pay a twenty dollar deposit and was told I'd get to pay twenty dollars less when it came time for the payment. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I paid 170 dollars for about a 2" x 4" tattoo, and service that left me crying the entire ride home. I've been to the north location, and not once was I ever treated like that. I don't usually even give reviews, let alone bad ones. If you want a rushed tattoo with a rude artist, ask for Mario. Read Less
