I absolutely love the atmosphere of the shop! I stopped in with 3 of my co-workers. All of us were looking for new tattoos and piercings. We came in later at night to see if there was some scheduling available for the next since we travel and are on a tight schedule with the next day being our last off before we leave. They were very willing and able to shuffle a few things around since we are from out of town and schedule in our tattoos. That night they were able to get out piercings done as well. They were extremely friendly and professional. Terry kept cracking jokes as well while we sat in the chair getting pierced which really helped to relax two of my friends that had never gotten pierced before. Ever since I started going to Maumee Tattoo, I have had no issues with piercings and I didn't have to pay a crazy amount get them done nor did I have issues with them not being tight enough and worried they might come out. Went to Maumee Tattoo Company to get my first tattoo. I was more than pleased with the experience I had. Terry did my tattoo and I must say he went above and beyond my expectations I had. I started going to Maumee tattoo company around the time they first opened up. When Terry did my first piece I loved it and could not be more happy with the way it turned out. Plus both Amy and Terry didn't act like I was a customer but like a friend they haven't seen in a while. Since then I've been back several times for me and family to receive more work. I have been to three other tattoo places over the last decade for ink and this is now my favorite. Decided to stop by to check it out for the first time even though it's literally around the corner from my house and I pass it every day. First impression was that it felt super homey, warm, and clean while also still feeling like a tattoo joint. Even though I was a walk in just looking for info on the place and artists, I ended up getting two small tattoos done by Terry on the ...spot. Even though it was his day off he was gracious enough to accommodate me. Both tattoos looked great, were done quickly, but well, and the price was extremely reasonable. My boyfriend and I made our first appointments at Maumee tattoo company yesterday and were able to be seen same day. We were pleased to be accommodated. When we first walked into the shop I immediately noticed the sense of comfort the lobby presents. We were greeted by Amy , who handled our paperwork, helped us design, draw up, and did our tattoos. She is very friendly and an awesome person to have conversation with. The owner was also a pretty friendly guy who is funny as hell !
