I don’t know why I ever went back. I had a piercing done here (April 2017) in which she used the correct gauge but then when I purchased jewelry from them she gave me the wrong size ball. Mistakes happen. I didn’t put it on right away I still had some healing time before being able to change my jewelry, as I was attempting to screw the ball on to the barbell For safe keeping, it wouldn’t fit. I went directly back and they told me that I can’t excange even though it was their fault to begin with. She told me that she could sell me a smaller size barbell, (they were out of the correct size blue opal balls that I wanted to purchase) but if I get a smaller size barbell then I’ll have incorrect jewelry in and also probably will never be able to go back to the correct size Again without stretching the piercing. Eventually A man came in and had the girl just order the ones I wanted in the correct size and exchanged them for me. Well the plastic blue opal ball came off the metal inside part that threads onto the barbell to secure it in less then two weeks. I didn’t bother going back because I know that they would not have been any help. I went back almost a year later (feb 2018) to get my nose done, they had a buy two get one free sale, I got my Tragis re-done, my nostral, and my rook. She pierced all three with a 16 gauge needle. I later found out that for a nose piercing 18 gauge is standard and 20 gauge is also commonly done. On top of everything Kaitlin was rude and spoke in a very condensending voice toward me. I will not be returning and I’ll be sure to tell anyone who is looking for a shop about the awful service, low quality cheap jewelry, and rude employees.
