I wanted to get another cartilage piercing and wanted to check this place out since I was nearby. I didn't even get anything done and I'm sticking to the place I usually go to. The girl working wasn't very helpful when it came to price but was informed about piercings. Seemed to only want me to pay for the high quality expensive jewelry and didn't suggest any other brands/types. Like sorry I didn't want to pay 100 bucks for an earring that I would probably lose or break, and when I asked for the cheapest one so I could have a price range for myself she looked irritated with me and asked me if I was really worth the cheapest one. 40-60 bucks is what I usually go for because I take really good care of my ears. Fucking dog shit. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. People in the front were trash talking customer's tattoos infront of other customers. They delete all of the negative reviews on their Facebook and when you confront them, they just defend their shitty work or ignore you. The tattoo "artists" there have been caught stealing designs from Pinterest. I went there to get my first tattoo without knowing any of this and I'm ashamed to even look at it. As soon as I left, I started bawling my eyes out. I don't remember the guys name but they gave me the worst tattoo artist there and he drew the perfect design I had created on with a sharpie even though I asked for a stencil. He was also very unsanitary and didn't even clean or shave my arm and was coughing all over the place. He went way too deep with the ink and the ink literally spreaded everywhere and it looks like a shitty watercolor tattoo. (It's not suppose to be watercolor) None of the lines are even and even if I got laser tattoo removal, my arm is so fucking scarred from how deep the guy went, I'm not even sure if it would look alright. DO NOT GET TATTED BY ZACHARY COLE. I swear I wish I could upload pictures. The work he advertises is NOT what your gonna get. I came in over a week in advance with an idea for a tattoo party type of situation. He said he would draw something up for me. When we got there not only did he try to bump the price up 80 DOLLARS, he had no plan. There was supposed to be 3 at least 2 artists. Tiny did 1 tattoo (which was good work) and left for the night with 1 person waiting and 5 on the way. Zach was the last one there begging for cigarettes and taking breaks through the night. My tattoo ended up being the same exact tattoo with flags(music notes) and a moth (butterfly) added to it. My sister's tattoo was a complete disaster and then he tried to tell us couldnt get color because we're BLACK!!! NEVER AGAIN... NEVER AGAIN.... but caitlyn the piercer is the best thing the shop has going. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Even without color the tattoos are NO WHERE NEAR what we asked for. All together $420 was spent at that shop not including the starter gauges!! I have posted pictures of my sister's tattoo, I hope everyone can see them. Im so hurt!! I've been looking for a piercer for a while, one who knows what they are doing for my cousin. I asked Caitlin several questions and she had answers and reasons why for every one of them. She walked me through the sterilization process and also the procedure of cleaning cartilage  and sanitizing it. She was extremely thorough! The shop itself is very clean and the jewelry takes up several display cases that are all well done and taken care of with love. If you are getting a piercing, Caitlin is the only one I would go to! I am so happy I chose this shop based on the great reviews I see of their piercer Caitlin everywhere. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field and she explained why certain aftercare from the past isnt recommended anymore. I appreciate she took the time to explain to me the science behind why instead of saying just not to. This is the best place in toledo for ink hands down. I got my first tattoo ever here on a whim and they just let me walk in, got my paperwork squared away and got it done in about 20 minutes. Staff was super accommodating and funny as hell. I was naturally nervous but the constant joking made me feel a lot better. Price quoted was totally reasonable and I had a great experience here. 10/10 would go again. The place is super clean and everything is fresh out of the packaging. They really make you feel at home when you're here. I plan on coming back when I have more cash to burn. It was overall a really great experience. It's kind of hidden away a bit in a pull in kind of location. Parking is a littlw small so I'd suggest going across the street. I came in for new jewlery as recommended by a friend. Caitlin showed me all the possibilities with their display cases full of jewellery Ive never seen anywhere else. I actually fell in love with a piece so much I decided to get pierced right then and there! Caitlin was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire thing with ease. She sterilized the instruments and jewellery right in front of me and explained how it was sterilized. I was a tax nervous having not been pierced in a long time but she relaxed me and coached me with breathing and it was a breeze! I did some research before heading into the shop and the piecer Caitlin had great reviews online. I was extremely nervous going in for some ear piercings. She was terrific, calmed my nerves and had a vast amount of tips and knowledge on how to take care of them. She cleaned everything in front of me and sterilized everything as well. I was a walk in looking to just get a small tattoo, I was greeted by Nikki who was extremely, nice so sweet, and very efficient! Even though it was my third tattoo she still made sure to go through the full procedure of all the waivers and also did a fantastic job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable! She also was very careful with the cleaning procedure, washed her hands in front of me, ask me about any allergies, as well as clean all of her tools throughly. Nikki was awesome!!! I hesitated writing a negative review but after seeing another person with a similar result within a week of mine I thought it was necessary.  I had my 5 year old daughter  draw a tattoo for me and went to the shop to get a tattoo on Mother's Day.  I've had other tats before and I have to say this one hurt more than the others!  With in a couple days the normal redness that should start going away increased.  My leg got hot and so painful I had trouble walking.  I consulted 4Nineteen a week later and their artist on duty said I should have it looked at sooner rather than later.  The urgent care doc said I most likely had MRSA.  He treated me with two massive antibiotics and steroids for the inflammation.  I asked the owner for a goodwill offering of a partial refund for my medical bills and was told it would never happen.  The artist that did my tattoo also said he wouldn't give me any thing back.  There is no way to prove I got an infection there but there is also no way to say I did something wrong.  There were several instances of possibility of cross contamination during my tattoo but what do you do in the middle of getting one.  Also, no aftercare instructions were given out.  Just verbal information, which is in direct violation of the Ohio Administrative Code.  I also have had a couple people look at my tattoo and have been told the artist went way to deep in spots so besides scars from the infection I might have more from a bad tattoo job in general.I didn't appreciate being told my doctors were telling me I had a possible MRSA infection to get more money out of me, I didn't appreciate being told there was no possibility of the infection coming from them because I didn't take care of the tattoo correctly (I did), or it was my fault because my cat could have given me the infection.I found out today there is a gentleman who got a tattoo a couple days after me and ended up in the hospital and decided it was time to let people know what happened.Note:  They are on Secor now and not Sylvania Ave. Read Less
