My husband and I got piercings here over the weekend. We are extremely happy!! Friendly staff. Informed us of the time we would wait which was accurate. The piercings are perfectly placed and straight! It was very sanitary. Every item used was taken out of the wrapper in front of us. Compared to some other places we've been, Kustom Culture is far better! I forgot to tell our artist at the time, but I love love love her heart shaped glasses. And she's so friendly! I've been to this shop for most of my tattoos and honestly this is the best place I've been to. The people there are professional, personable, and understanding. I do highly recommend bill to all my friends and those who want to go there. The dudes killer with his art. He's been helping me fix a botched half sleeve and done another on me. I was just in there for my son's ribbon for Sandhoff Disease. Chris did A great job. He took me I'm as A walk in. He took his time on it and also gave me A fair price. Wow what a great experience! Shannon is fabulous! I was nervous going in to get my daith pierced but she put me at ease and explained the process, what I could expect and answered my questions. I have wanted this piercing for quite a while for two reasons, one because I like the looks of it and two I get migraines and have been told by other migraine sufferers with this piercing that it works. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After the piercing was complete Shannon went through cleaning, healing and changing out the jewelry. She even offered to change it out for me if I need help...which I will. Thanks so much for being so great! I love the piercing and I am getting tons of compliments! So tonight was my first visit to Kustom Culture, and will def be going back...I got 2 tattoos by Chris and i must say im pretty impressed...He did an amazing job, and had everything all ready when i arrived for my appointment, so i didnt have to wait for forever, and was very professional, and knowledgeable...He was actually willing to do the tattoo i wanted (which is very hard to find these days) and even "refurbished" a tattoo gone wrong that was done by someone else...and made it look pretty awesome...i was there for awhile and so was able to witness the rest of the staff, and how great they treated their customers...Very friendly atmosphere to say the least...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Bill did an outstanding tattoo in memory of my 7yr. old son whom was indeed a Cookie Bandit, who tragically lost his life in a terrible car accident on 9/24/16. He would have been turning 8 yrs. old on 3/25 and even though he is no longer with us physically, we will continue to love, miss and remember him EVERYDAY... I just had my rook pierced at the beginning of the week and had some pretty bad swelling and pain, but Shannon was great and helped out and even helped change my ear ring and aliveated some pain and swelling. I went to get my navel piercing last week , and i must say my experience was great . They walked be through the steps and waited until i was ready to start . Very clean, very professional shop. They even sell cool clothing in-store. I had a bridge piercing done here after stopping in for the first time (all the other shops within a reasonable distance wouldn't do the piercing) and the service from start to finish was outstanding. I would give 0 stars if i could. I went in for a simple eyebrow piercing, but it wasn't so simple for the the one giving the piercing! She really didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I've been getting piercings from the same place at a different location since i was 14 and NEVER had a problem. So she stuck the needle in and i started bleeding A LOT(never happened to me before). So i started to faint in my seat and all she did was left the needle in. After finally coming to, the needle was still in my eyebrow! Then she decides to use a a different size needle, back to square one...finally after all the pain and blood, it was done. My eyebrow was SO swollen it looked like i got punched by a boxer. To top it all off, my whole eye was bruised for 2 weeks, including my eyelids, eyebrow, and on the side of my eye. like I said, I've been getting piercings since i was 14 and have a high pain tolerance. This place is TERRIBLE! I recommend that no one goes here. Read Less

I went in there and bill met me at the door..i showed him a couple pictures one of them he said would be $100 an hour. I said okay told him i have 230 bucks.and i showed him an American flag ripped skin eagle..i asked can do that on my arm for 230.. he said yeah..well make it long story short. After he got half way done. He told me we wearnt finishing it. Because he didnt realize how big it was going to be. So he charged me 100 an hour..so all i have is the outline. Plus the line work is horrible..i been to other places that said they fix some lines before adding color! Read Less
