I got my ears pierced here and the young lady clearly did not know what she was doing. Her and another lady were rude as could be and tried to shame me because this was my first piercing. I felt humiliated. I would never trust them with a tatoo as they are just a small inexperienced shop in springboro. Read Less

Michelle has done several tattoos for me. Staff is friendly and I recommend Eve's Ink to anyone wanting a tattoo. I have went to other places and the work wasn't near as good as the ones I've gotten from Michelle. I have a cover up to do and a couple of other ideas I will be going to Eve's to get them done! My son made an appt to get an Autism tattoo to support his nephew who has Autism. He wanted to get this done at Eve's because they were donating 50% to an Autism foundation, which was a major plus! His wife and I initially went to the shop just to look at the tattoos, we were there a few mins before they opened but the receptionist let us in anyway. She was a little rude even though we apologized for being early that we did not know their hours until we tried to open the lock...ed door. But we were not deterred and I called later that day to make my son and his wife the appt. The lady on the phone was in no way friendly and I felt they had too many rules and were bossy, but my son and daughter in law decided to go ahead and make the appt still having the donation to Autism in mind. They had to get this done today because they are leaving for Fla on Monday, my daughter in law is in the Air Force and that's where they are being stationed. My son wanted a turtle on his arm with his nephews name underneath it, with puzzle pieces on the shell, the lady I talked to in the shop said they would do any Autism tatt not just the ones they had on display, that there would just be a price adjustment and that was ok with my son. But when they got there they refused to do my sons tattoo because they said they didn't have time, really?! They did do my daughter in laws though. They drove over 2 hours to get these tatts done and 2 hours back!! SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Horrible customer service!! I have never had a tattoo, but if I get one it will be from Eve's Ink. My five year old had her ears pierced here today and it was a wonderful experience. I have never had a piercing with a needle (only the dreaded gun at Spencer's or Claire's in the 80s), so I was nervous, but the team was gentle and kind and took their time with Harper...and mom. Very happy with my tat. Kim worked with me on my idea and design and I got exactly what I wanted. The inside of the shop has been totally redesigned and remodeled so it looks more professional and clean. No complaints here except that the tat hurts a bit when it's getting done but what do you expect? All tats hurt. lol Read Less

I am in my 50's, this is my first tattoo and I found that applying eye makeup was becoming more challenging. Now, I go to sleep and awake with my eyes beautiful!!!! Thank you Kim! my artist at Eve's tattoo. I wish I had done my eyeliner tattoos 20+ years ago. The staff and my designer, Kim, are fabulous, professional and provide excellent customer service. While staff was friendly enough, when needles are involved I prefer higher sanitary standards than they displayed.  I certainly appreciate that they opened a new needle but splash of peroxide does not a sterile stud make.  If they are going to be putting and leaving a object in my freshly pierced skin I would like to see them more thoroughly cleaning or, better yet, sterilizing all instruments. Love, Love, Love my eyeliner! I did mine through a groupon but after having it done I would have paid full price! I was so scared it was going to hurt but it didn't hurt at all!
