The people here were extremely disrespectful! I went in for a simple tattoo. When I got it, Ryan completed it and slapped the bandaid on quickly and didn't give me time to look at it closely. I found all of these mistakes and I was very disappointed. I went to get it retouched on a Saturday and they wouldn't do it even though they had no customers (keep in mind my whole tattoo took 10 minutes...). I had to drive 30 minutes back home and then back a week later. I got there at 12 (the time of my appointment I made). Ryan didn't even show up to work until 12:30! I waited 45 minutes to get a 5 minute retouch because even when he got there, he stood behind the counter just talking with coworkers (in no hurry) and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I had to tell the lady behind the desk that I had things to do so could we hurry this up. So I waited there for 45 minutes to get a 5 minute retouch. And I still hate my tattoo. Ryan sucks at tattooing and is irresponsible by showing up 30 minutes late when I had an appointment at 12. And the people were very rude and disrespectful. I confronted them about everything and they tried to justify everything. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Don't go here for your tattoo if you want quality and good customer service.

My sister and I went to get our first tattoos done here because we have heard great things.. however our experience wasn't as great. We waited over an hour and a half even with an appointment because they took walk-ins before us. Both of ours are small and only took 10 minutes to complete, but the lettering was terrible and jagged. I had to pay someone else another $50 to fix it the best they could, and it looks 10x better, but it still is not perfect because they couldn't hide some of the errors. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My bf and I went in to get tats together. They did his very sloppy, the artist was very shaky! I did not get the image I came in for at all, they rushed us and changed the design on the artwork we wan...

I did not get the image I came in for at all, they rushed us and changed the design on the artwork we wanted done. Very disappointed and wasn't worth the outrageous price they charged. Won't be going back to them ever again!!

This is where i go to get my ink done and all my piercings. It is the best place to get done what you want done and its always done right. Ive never had a problem with any piercings as far as infections or anything. As well as tatoos also. Never had a problem with them either. I reccomend spectrum tatoo to anyone. They are great, the best, the only place i trust.
