Got my first tattoo from amber, we waited in the lobby for 3 hours. No big deal. Got the tattoo she was rushing around, not very nice, and didn’t really make small talk. Again I understand bad days. Called the shop a week later said some of the words needed to be filled in again, was told to call back when robin and amber got back from a convention. Called back was told that I waited to long to get a touch up! I paid 100 for 4 words! I have since had it touched up, found a better tattoo artist. Customer service in 546 is seriously lacking. Let me say first that Robin and Grem are the two most comforting people at this shop. They are both welcoming and make good conversation during their sessions. Been tattoed at a 546 establishment and was pleased with my work shout out to Jake Norman. He was excellent but let go for reasons unknown to me. But if the stealing of artwork by another artist is acceptable then i will never step foot in a 546 establishment again. Be professional and repremand the culprit. And by the way DTTS 4 lyfe!!!! I don't know how many awards Amber, Robin, and Michelle need to win before their talent isn't questioned...but I'm guessing triple digits...? Their work speaks for itself. I have gone to 546 for a couple of my tattoos & plan on going back in a couple weeks for my third. All done by Michelle because I love and respect her line work. Never have I been unsatisfied after leaving their shop. This is honestly the dumbest thing I've heard because the client brought in an image they found on the internet WITHOUT a signature. I got a meaningful tattoo on my wrist from Amber Joy, flowers and my dad's handwriting. The coloring on the flowers didn't hold. I went back a second time within a month to get it touched up. After that the color still didn't hold and the flowers were all blurred together. I had someone once say your tattoo looks like a dinosaurs..even though it was flowers..for get me knots. I tried contacting Amber again to fix the tattoo,she never got back to me. I had to go to another shops they wouldn't touch her work bc it was so bad. I had to cover it up, because there was nothing to work with. I would NEVRE recommend this tattoo studio to anyone!!! Read Less
