Many issues. From dysport to communication. Had to go back multiple times to have it corrected. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to speak to about problem. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR "contract" PROGRAM!!!!!!!!! If you don't use it you are just paying for nothing. When Love happens and things change they aren't willing to work with you. Giving them one star is generous. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL BOCH YOUR FACE!! I bought a groupon here for permanent makeup about a year ago and got my eye brows done. Although the woman did a pretty good job, she did not have access to full strength anesthesia and used over the counter pain injections and the process hurt like hell, in addition the ink was completely gone within about 2 months and had to be completely redone. While I was there I was talked into get dysport as well, which I had never done before. The doctor and his assistant (the office manager) seemed decently informed about what they were doing but a few days after the procedure the effects started to kick in and I was left with an eyebrow that was completely drooping and a massive LAZY EYE! I called and they told me this was a NORMAL symptom, but after looking into it not only did I find that this is not normal at all for any doctor that knows that they are doing, but THIS DOCTOR WAS WELL KNOWN FOR DOING THIS TO CLIENTS! I actually spoke with multiple people who had the same experience. They told me to come back in and injected more botox and dysport into my face in an attempt to reverse the damage they had done. (I had to go back in multiple times to do this). It was WEEKS before my eye went back to be somewhat normal!!!! and they charged me for this! The manager and owner were so incredibly rude and unprofessional about the whole thing. I purchased 3 microdermabrasions from Groupon. My first visit Missy explained everything prior to starting. I apparently have very delicate skin & received a small abrasion which was no problem. The next 2 sessions went very well. Missy suggested products (I asked her) for my skin based on working with me.She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.In fact the entire staff is friendly. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I had botox injections and I am pretty sure the botox they use is either old or watered down. After my brief consult with the assistant, Dr. Rossio came in to do the injections. He basically treats it like a factory job - comes in, serious rush job on the injections, no communication, and out he runs. That would be fine, if I thought the results were good, but they aren't. A week and a half later, I still have tons of movement and am able to furrow my brow, the one area I emphasized in my consult. I'm not a first timer with Botox, so I know how the results usually come out for me. I was a first timer and last timer with Cosmetic Rejuvenation. Inexpensive for a reason. Seriously disappointed. I purchased the unlimited PicoSure tattoo removal package for a large, black script tattoo on my forearm. Luckily I'm extremely pale, the tattoo was only in black ink, I had minimal scaring from the tattoo, and I have a strong immune system, all of which meant that after only 6 treatments, my tattoo virtually disappeared! I waited about 7 weeks between the first 4 treatments then 12 weeks between the last two. The treatment itself did hurt, as expected, and I can only describe it as like someone is snapping a rubber-band really hard and really fast wherever the laser touches the tattoo. But it was comparable to getting the tattoo in the first place and the treatment sessions were quick. Staff was also friendly and made sure I had enough supplies of the aftercare creams and such. I had a tattoo on my shoulder... I was skeptical of the results I could get. Rejuvenation Center provided services that went beyond my expectations, my tattoo is gone! I was a long time client until I had an IPL procedure that left me with less hair on one of my eyebrows.  The procedure was done over a year ago and although I have left multiple messages, for the owner, to try to make things right...I have not received a call.  It was a new handle (for the laser) and a new doctor that Dr Rossio was training and used me as a guinea pig, only to permanently change me eyebrows forever!  Beware!! Unfortunately, I was a long term client that was mistreated and have suffered long term effects from it. Yet, the owner and manager refuse to return my calls and make things right. I had a standard IPL done, with a new handle (on the machine) and a new doctor that mistakenly went over my eyebrow!! This permanently left my eyebrow with less hair than the other! I was only handed Latisse to resolve the situation and no money back. So I basically paid to permanently disfigure my face and I have to use Latisse (very expensive) continuously and fill it in to match the other. Can you imagine my disappointment and frustration! I received 3 picosure tattoo removal treatments and my tattoo has barely faded. They claimed that I would be able to see a huge difference after three treatments and you can barely tell the difference. I wasted  a lot of time and money for little results. I have left numerous emails for the staff to respond to me and sadly no one has responded to my emails. Very unprofessional! Cleveland has many clinics that perform all the same procedures as this clinic so I will  walk away knowing that I wasted my time and money for nothing and I will find a different clinic in Cleveland to perform my future procedures. Completely unprofessional--the receptionist brings her yippin' dog to work.  That chihuahua snarled and barked at me like you wouldn't believe.  Nothing like going in for a skin care procedure and being greeted by Kujo or hearing a dog bark when you are receiving a treatment.  The chair in the treatment room had holes in it.  I swear, they looked like cigarette burns.  It was weird.  I liked Dr. Rossio.  He was very precise with the botox injections.  Their prices are good-only $14 per unit.  But I don't think a low price is reason enough to go back especially with that out-of-control dog.
