I had my tattoo done last night by Dustin. This was the first time ive gotten work from him so was a bit nervous! First upon meeting him he was super nice and made me feel comfortable. When he showed me what he drew up for me my anxiety started to go away. Hes super artistic and talented. I had a very good experience with him and my tattoo came out better than i even imagined. Spent the day yesterday at Tattoo Faction for the Mike Hutton fundraiser, the shop was packed but it was hands down the best tattoo event in northern Ohio.I am a complete and total tattoo snob, this and one other shop in the Cleveland area are the only shops I would consider visiting.Got a chance to have Oliver Peck do work as well as a few other nationally known artists.Shop was clean, the staff was very professional in handling the large volume of people and the work getting done.Great job Corey and team. Was referred by a friend and decided not to get any tattoos here after seeing swastikas drawn on the equipment and racist caricatures and confederate flags on the walls. Was extremely disgusted that anyone would think this was acceptable. Don't give your money to Nazis!!!!! Read Less

Got a hand tattoo from Dan and was overall pretty good. He had a cool setup with tv. He was friendly and worked quick. Heres the issue. I was quoted 400$ for a two hour tattoo. I insisted that I only could do 300$, in which he finished in an hour. So paying 300$ for a image I sent and an hour tattoo is insane!!! He is no Paul Booth or Anil Gupta. Understand what youre really paying for and speak up before the process begins. The old saying,"you pay for what you get," that goes two ways. Overall he is a experienced artist and 200$ hour was about right. Being charged 300$ for hour was not worth it. People please do your research on pricing with artists. 300$ an hour is for TOP artists. Read Less

I've been to a few shops in the Cleveland area, but this one is by far my favorite. Everyone that works there is friendly and the shop is always very clean. Rob did a pretty big piece on my arm and, after three sittings and putting up with all my nonsense, I ended up with an amazing tattoo. I highly, highly recommend Tattoo Faction. I get my work done by rob, but all the guys are fantastic! It's always nice, too, to have a friendly staff and they certainly do! The guys are so willing to work with you and make sure you are getting just what you want. I have gotten three tattoos (including my first one ever) this year, and they have all been by Dustin. One tattoo was very important to me as it was a commemorative tattoo to my late Mom. Dustin treated me with sincere empathy and respect and took my original design and brought it to life. My second one was was a sternum tattoo and he carefully made a modesty cover for my chest. As for my most recent tattoo, it was my favorite princess Belle and he really made the scene beautiful. The artists listen to you, they take every want into consideration and incorporate them through their art. I will be back to get a commemorative peice for my late Dad as well. Got a simple palm sized outline of a flower for both a friend and I. They were supposed to be matching and there's variants on them that will have to get fixed even though they were done the same day from the same photo pulled from google. It wasn't worth the money. Just wanted to make sure our experience is shared across several review sites....As far as tattoo quality, my sisters, mother, and I are (mostly) very pleased. As far as professionalism - because of Dan Wulff, we had an extremely negative experience. We made an appointment a month in advance to get 3 tattoos at noon on Sunday (very simple tattoos) - we knew we were going to pay (a little too much, in my opinion) more and going out of our way, but we had heard such good things about Tattoo Faction. We were told Dan would be taking care of us, but when we arrived at noon he was nowhere to be found. My mother joined us and asked if she could be squeezed in for her first tattoo. She was very excited and we were all excited to get her a tattoo on Mother's Day. Sadly, by 1:00, Dan had STILL not arrived with no explanation or apology. Paul graciously offered to squeeze us in around his appointments, but we felt bad for the people who had already scheduled with Paul (but frustrated because we all had to be somewhere at 3:00). Paul took care of me, as Dan arrived. When we finally got in to see Dan he made no attempt to apologize or even acknowledge that he was so late and then proceeded to get up and leave for 10 minutes between each of my sisters/mothers tattoos. I understand needing a cigarette break or something now and then, but not when you are late to our appointments and not three in a 2 hour period. We were so frustrated by that whole experience. Our tattoos look great, but Dan's professionalism will not bring me back to Tattoo Faction. Major kudos to Paul for doing my sister-in-law's tattoo and mine that day, and to the guy at the front who helped design and work with my very anxious mother on changing up the tattoo to be something she liked. Tattoo faction has the best customer service of any tattoo shop I've ever been to. Making appointments is always a pleasant and easy experience. Cindy is not only an incredibly talented tattoo goddess but also a really cool person to spend hours with while working on a piece. I get stopped at least once a day with a compliment and asked where I got my half sleeve done. She's always on point when creating a work of art I get to carry around with me for the rest of my life. I made an appointment about a month in advance since I knew I would be in Cleveland to visit friends on a particular weekend.  This shop is known for doing great traditional/neo-traditional tattoos, and I wanted to start working on a collection of different animals in that style.  I booked a couple of hours with Rob Hamilton and we emailed one another with some ideas and feedback about the piece ahead of time.  Rob drew up a final drawing when I arrived, and he banged out an awesome looking bison head for me in a couple of hours.  The shop was very cool- covered in tattoo flash wall to wall, sparkling clean, and just an awesome atmosphere for tattooing.  Rob was super friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job.  You won't be intimidated or feel like a stranger here, and you will leave with an awesome tattoo!  It was a great experience, and I know I will be back soon.
