i have two siblings and growing up, our family rule was that we can get a tattoo for our 17th birthday. for my sister, she got a tattoo on her side, my brother got a tattoo on his wrist, nowhere hidden. i asked for a tattoo of a small rose today on my hand below my pinkie. the owner of the store refused to tattoo what i wanted, because of where i wanted it and my age. he said he wouldn’t tattoo me if it wasn’t hidden because i might regret it. he told me to think about it for a couple months and come back because i might change my mind. i’ve wanted this tattoo of a rose since i was 15. i’m highly disappointed because i had high hopes of this place because the rest of my family had a great experience here. i also had my nose pierced a couple years back when the old staff worked there, i LOVED the old staff! the old staff 10/10 would have tatted what i wanted for me. Tattoo was larger then what I said I wanted. When asked if I wanted it smaller, I said no it should be fine but then when he put the placement of the stencil on me I said actually yes can I please have it smaller. There was a slight attitude and he said if you want it smaller, no I won't do it. That was displeasing so because of it I was charged a lot more than what I expected to pay. Yesterday was my first time there ,getting my first tattoo and both Bob and the other guy were really nice and told me how it was going to go down with the procedure and the price and how to take care of it. Plus, the place was extremely clean and Bob was even fun to talk to! It's definitely a good place if you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing. They do great work and deserve the appreciation! We took our 3yo here to have her ears pierced. Tim was patient and so kind to her. He explained everything and the process was pretty easy for her. I walked in they didn't stand up to greet me they just chilled on the couch that's there I did not feel welcome at all I feel bullied he wasn't even talking to me in a normal voice he was snobby and rolling his eyes asking 80 plus dollars for $50 tattoo didn't show me at all that he wanted to do the work very disrespectful I shouldn't feel invasive going into a tattoo shop I should feel welcomed Read Less
