I tried many Dr's for corrective lip injections due to a curvature of my lip and after many failed attempts I met Dr. Kim, who with steady hands corrected and consistently maintains a natural look. Even when I want more, he pauses and we talk through what I want and if it's going to result in a look that I will like instead of blindly agreeing. He is not greedy and therefore has his patients best interest in mind. I have since trusted him with many other procedures and the consistency of his work is mostly what impressed me. He is clean, conservative and careful and priced fairly. He is busy but always willing to work with my schedule so I will never trust another Dr. with my face again. Thanks Dr. Kim!

The first time I decided to try Botox, like many, I was nervous, confused and hesitant. But, Dr Kim and his staff quickly put me at ease. Dr. Kim was professional and made me feel comfortable about my decision which I had been debating on getting for years. He was honest, flexible, patient, and provided great recommendations that made me feel like he had my best interest. He spent time answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. He explained the procedure before, during and after. I loved the outcome and have continued to see him on a regular basis. Thank you, Dr. Kim.

I saw Dr. Kim for a laser rejuvenation via PICO Genesis™ Laser. The results were amazing! After only one treatment, the fine lines and dark spots on my face diminished quite a bit. He is professional in his demeanor, as well as informative about services and helps you choose the best for you. He is not pushy with products/treatments that are not of interest. The environment is clean and his staff is very friendly and courteous!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt the need to do so after my visit today. I have been to cosmetic practitioners in multiple cities (this is my 3rd in Cleveland), and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff was courteous and helpful, and Dr. Kim was kind, professional, and clearly experienced when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I work a lot, so time is very valuable to me, and I was seen 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and out of the office in 30 minutes. If only every doctors appointment were this easy! Like I said, I don't usually review places (and I wasn't asked to write this review), I'm just still in disbelief at how great the whole experience was. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I tried many Dr's for corrective lip injections due to a curvature of my lip and after many failed attempts I met Dr. Kim, who with steady hands corrected and consistently maintains a natural look. Even when I want more, he pauses and we talk through what I want and if it's going to result in a look that I will like instead of blindly agreeing. I have been to cosmetic practitioners in multiple cities (this is my 3rd in Cleveland), and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff was courteous and helpful, and Dr. Kim was kind, professional, and clearly experienced when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I work a lot, so time is very valuable to me, and I was seen 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and out of the office in 30 minutes. If only every doctors appointment were this easy!
