My girlfriend and I went in to get our ear pierced and it was the worst experience ever!!!! The guy that was going to do it was definitely off his meds im assuming....he left us in the room multiple times to act all kinds of crazy, he was yelling at someone on the phone. Came back and was going through draws like he didnt know what he was doing, down talked his co-workers.... got mad because we changed our mind because he scared us off and decided not to trust him with a needle, flipped out when we asked for a refund not only that but other workers just sat by and let him act like that with paying customers in the shop and didnt say one word to him, very unprofessional in my opinion...needless to say I will NEVER go back there. Whoever he is ruined my experience with this place. He should not be able to work there. Read Less

DO NOT GO TO WHITE WIZARDS IN CHATTANOOGA FOR ANY PIERCINGS ! my industrial was done by James . from the start he acted as though he was annoyed to even be doing it.. Even though that's his job.. He placed my bottom hole of the industrial in the wrong place.. Now meaning that I can not wear anything except straight bars.. So much for wanting to have any type of nice industrial bars that have jewelry in the middle because unfortunately it won't fit right. huge disappointment. Read Less

I quite recently gotten both my daiths done here, I don't remember who since it was by but, it was around November or so But anyways, I went in, have gotten the deed done and carried out the typical healing process... this is where the problem is. He pierced the left side of my ear with the correct jewelry... but didn't the right. The right is obviously (now that I got it out) the wrong jewelry and is basically "after healing" jewelry which resulted in my ear being consistently infected and trying to technically migrate upwards resulting i assume are keloids?Read Less

I went there for a Daith piercing last April. I was having WEEKLY debilitating migraines that prevented me from doing much. And they were weekly. Kurt did my daith piercing and it has relieved ALL migraines to this day. You will still get some minor headaches from time to time. Thats normal. But the daith piercing has been a miracle cure!! I went in with two other people today hoping to get tattoos. We had appointments for 3 o'clock, so it's not like we just showed up asking for three tattoos at the drop of a hat. We showed up fifteen minutes early to get paperwork filled out and to send them the tattoos we wanted. The artist who was scheduled in at the time our appointments were set for wasn't there yet. No big deal because we were a little early. We sat down to wait on him to arrive. We sat there for 23 minutes listening to the most atrocious music before one of the artists poked his head into the waiting room to say our artist, Nick, was finally on his way and that he should be there any minute. By 3:45, we walked out. All of my tattoos are from there, and I've never had such terrible service, and we will not return. As we told them we were leaving, the man told us, "I called and yelled at him." What a lot of good that does us. Read Less
