Krista did a tattoo on my forearm and another on my husband's leg. She helped me design something to honor my brother who has passed. She was very professional and is obviously very talented! I first saw one of Kristas sketches on Instagram and I immediately knew It had to be mine. So I called Neff studio immediately and got an appointment set up. Krista has now done 3 tattoos on me, and all of them are her original art work out of her portfolio and they're amazing. Me and my husband came 2 1/2 hours to Lancaster to visit my dad, we seen his tattoos and decided we wanted to get one while we were here today, luckily we were able to get in, Kristi did such a good job with both of our tattoos, she was very friendly and caring and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, she's such a great tattoo artist and even 2 1/2 hours away we will definitely be coming back to get more! I loved working with Steve so I was pretty excited to work with Krista as well. Yet once we started the piece I was disappointed. I usually don't have anything bad to say, but I now have a big piece on my back that I don't know what to do about. The piece is overworked and sloppy. I felt she didn't take her time and kept stopping, which turned a 2 hour tattoo into 5! I wanted something different and sexy, yet it had a meaning behind it. I got none of what I was looking for. A week later and it's pretty much healed. It's an understatement to say this guy knows what he's doing. Steve indulged my request for a Sailor Jerry style tat and did it better than anybody else I've seen doing this stuff. His current flavor is incredible black and grey pieces, but he can do anything better than the rest. He's a gentleman and a scholar of art and tattoo work. For years I've wanted half sleeves on both arms. With having so much time to think about it, I wound up having too many ideas and it became daunting to figure out how I'd make it work. It's permanent. It needs to be meaningful, etc etc. The longer I waited, the more ideas popped into my head. I visited several tattoo shops over the years, and each time after I described my ideas and what I thought I was looking for, I never found the right fit. However, after visiting with... Krista I felt that she really listened and understood what I was looking for. She was able to take all of my ideas and put them into a composition that I couldn't have ever come up with on my own. The line work (which is amazing) on my first half sleeve was completed two weeks ago and will be getting it filled in very soon. We've mapped out the other arm and couldn't be more excited.
