Steffen Jewels customer service is horrible. I contacted him multiple times to do work for me and for whatever reason he said he is not taking any new clients. But I see him posting he has a few openings for the month. Then I see a "new customer" wanting in and he tells them he has a few openings. Wtf ever. His work is 100% amazing. Got my septum done here last year, and ended up having to wait a few hours for the piercer to come in. They were nice enough to give me a discount since the piercer was late though!!! I got dermals done here and had to return 4 times in one week to get the top part back on. Very frustrated that I spent $150 PLUS having to waste my gas 4 trips and tip the piercers. Waste of my money... Literally. The people are very nice but I don't recommend this location for piercings. I don't think they are as skilled as they say they are.Read Less
