Pretty good here shop , I got a piece for a very nice price , especially when I went down the road after to another shop (to see if I had been ripped off) and the other shop was 3x the price. Didn't have a huge selection of papers but , made up for it in pieces .

Great smoke shop with a huge selection of glass and replacement parts. The staff where knowledgeable and the process are reasonable.

Delight in the strange with their wide array of pieces that are made here in kent (thank you local artists!) Unlike the generic shops around here, they have pieces that range from delicate and curly to alien-like and warped.
Dude who works there is really sweet too, a good conversationalist that really helped and worked with me on what to get.

Recently remodeled, looks beautiful. Huge variety of products. Most knowledgeable and friendly staff ive ever delt with. If you havent already, check it out!

They have stones and crystals! Some really nice ones... And the dude told me about another establishment I should check out for rocks and such- talk about customer service!! Also, they carry some supe...
They have stones and crystals! Some really nice ones... And the dude told me about another establishment I should check out for rocks and such- talk about customer service!! Also, they carry some super nice fine art quality pieces... Their incense selection could use an overhaul but they gotta leave something for the other shops to do... If you just need something quick and cheap I'd try elsewhere.. the prices may be a little shocking on some items.. but in this case you may be getting what you pay for...

This is by far the best shop in the area! If not Ohio. All of their prices are on point and their selection unmatched from low end china to high end collector art. The 3 people that I have ever dealt with there have been beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I think if you're complaining about customer service you probably did something stupid to anger them or should have opened your mouth as those 3 people run the entire shop they were probably busy.

Just left this place. Had cash in my purse ready to buy a nice piece. Walked by 2 employees and was the only one in the store. No one even spoke to me or asked if I needed help. The owner missed a big...
Just left this place. Had cash in my purse ready to buy a nice piece. Walked by 2 employees and was the only one in the store. No one even spoke to me or asked if I needed help. The owner missed a big sale with me. It's called customer service for a reason.

Way over priced. The actual american glass they do have is nice however its 3-4 times more expensive than buying directly from the artist or online. Not to mention the rude little burnt out hipster b...

Pretty good here shop , I got a piece for a very nice price , especially when I went down the road after to another shop (to see if I had been ripped off) and the other shop was 3x the price. Didn't have a huge selection of papers but , made up for it in pieces .

This is by far the best shop in the area! If not Ohio. All of their prices are on point and their selection unmatched from low end china to high end collector art. The 3 people that I have ever dealt with there have been beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I think if you're complaining about customer service you probably did something stupid to anger them or should have opened your mouth as those 3 people run the entire shop they were probably busy.
