After calling to see if any artists had openings, I walked into the shop to be greeted by Kevin Combs. It may have been his day off, but he said he'd gladly do my tattoo. He took the time to see references I liked, pick out the style and size it so it fit perfectly on my arm as well as making sure it was to my liking. I had heard so many great things about the shop, but walking in and experiencing the vibe for myself completely blew me out of the water. This is the shop I will continually go to for any tattoos. Hamilton location is awful. They talked down to me, wouldn't let me get a larger tattoo because I only had smaller tattoos at the time. Tattoo artist didn't even listen to me. The tattoo they did do is terrible and crooked. Didn't even go back for my free touch up. Read Less
