Mid life crisis got my nose pierced because I got a gift card for Christmas (because they were tired of hearing me say I was going to do it so now I didn't have a choice).    I would like to give an A+ rating for clean friendly service. Mike did the piercing and he was very thorough with explaining the whole procedure and the aftercare.     Did it hurt? Well yeah but just a pinch and it's over. As for swelling I didn't have any swelling or pain and the sensitivity was gone in a day. Everything healed up nicely.         Not sure what the guy behind the desk name is but he was extremely nice and made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in. I went to get my nipples pierced with my friend today and it was $90 for both sides. It’s included with tax, jewelery and the H20 spray. I called everywhere around the area in PA and Ohio and they got the best deal. They explained the aftercare and all the piercing and anatomy of it, so they were very knowledgeable. The piercer has been doing it for 30 years and he made us feel very comfortable. I recommend getting any piercings with him. I’m definitely coming back for more piercings in the future! They are clean. He washed his hands in front of us and all of the tools were packaged and he used different trays for both of us. Everyone who worked there is very nice!Read Less

I did some research and choose not to do what mostly everyone does and that's to get my daughters ears pierced at the mall with their gun. Everything I read stated nothing but negative consequences to using a mall gun. Everything from unsanitary to ear trauma. I looked into tattoo shops instead. The Firefly Tattoo shop was great! They made me and my daughter feel comfortable. The procedure was sterile and professional! Mike talked us thru every step including aftercare. The best part was she had NO pain. She didn't even flinch during the piercing and when it was done was still waiting for him to do it. I can't rave enough on how impressed I am. I got my 3rd tattoo here and it's the best one so far. It was on the top of my foot so I expected it to hurt quite a bit but he was so light-handed it hurt much less than I expected.
