I've gotten 3 tattoos done by Troy now, theyve turned out way better than expected every time! The shop has a rustic style that i love, always clean, always nice. Never been disappointed and am planning a few more visits in the near future. Their new location is hard to spot but trust me it's there. If I could give this place LESS than 1 star I would. I got my belly button pierced here when I was 16 by Josh, and I’m 20 now. My piercing is healed but extremely crooked. It looks really really bad. The entry hole of the piercing is also too close to my belly button. I don’t know if he just didn’t want to be there or is really just terrible at piercings, but I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to go here. I got quotes from 3 other places that were nearly twice the amount I was charged here. The work they did was phenomenal...better than I expected a cover up to turn out. Let me start by saying this review is solely based on my experience getting a body piercing at Lambadi. During college I had my tragus pierced in a shady spot on a trip to California, my industrial pierced in Athens, Ohio and finally my rook pierced at Evolved in Columbus. At some point I felt that in my profession I wouldn't be taken seriously with all these piercings so I took them out. After working for four years I decided it would be okay to get some piercings back. Last year I started with my tragus at Lambadi. The guy that was piercing seemed nervous as he literally had sweat dripping off his face and coming extremely close to landing on me during the piercing experience. Overall it wasn't terrible but it was far from professional as he couldn't screw the ball onto the earring. My tragus piercing healed completely without issues.I've been wanting to get my nostril pierced for a few months and yesterday I decided it would be a great day to do such a thing. A friend has a hoop in her nostril and wanted a second piercing on the same nostril. We decided on Lambadi since it seemed to be the most well reviewed place close to both of our places of employment. I went first in the nostril piercing adventure. The needle went thru but as he was putting the jewelry in I could tell he was having problems. He repeatedly pulled the nose ring out and tried to put it back in. I stopped counting at 5 times. He then got out a new piece of jewelry and tried a few more times. Finally he decided that the jewelry he had wasn't long enough and gave up. My friends nostril piercing went well other than the fact that it was crooked so if she wears two hoops they will not line up. The piercer was extremely unprofessional and could not do his job. I have loved Lambadi for a very long time. I went there years ago to get my ear pierced with a gauge, and they tried to talk me out of it. They told me to start small and work my way up, but I was a headstrong 21 year old who thought I could handle anything!! Well, I should have listened to the guy because WOW it hurt. I ended up taking it out and admitting that I was an idiot. Fast forward to being a short little grown up, who is still a bit head strong, but much smarter now. I booked an appointment with Will, and told him what I wanted. I got in a couple days later because of my work schedule, and he drew out some ideas for me, and even changed a few things that I hadn't thought of. He made a good idea into a fantastic idea and he got to work. I am a wuss bag, and I laughed and caught my breath a few times, and probably talked his face off. (I think when adrenaline kicks in for me, I talk ALOT more than I already do.) Will was very cool about it all, and he let me catch my breath when he got to the parts that really started to hurt. I started with something small on my wrist with no color, and by the time will got finished, I was the proud new owner of a pretty large colorful piece. I absolutely LOVE it and in the near future I plan on going back to get a few more from him! I think the staff at Lambadi are very professional and they will tell you if something is a bad idea... if that is the case listen to them!!! They get you in there quickly and they are all very talented and creative. They will give you a work of art that will undoubtedly turn out even better than you anticipated. The pricing is also incredibly reasonable. Anytime I hear someone saying they want a tattoo or that they like mine, I try to send people to Lambadi. It's a great feeling to be confident about something so permanent, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Read Less

Lambadi is the tattoo parlor that I got my first tattoo, so it'll always have a good spot in my heart. They were very friendly and professional. I later took my friend from Columbus here to get his first tattoo as well.  Now totally (somewhat) addicted to tattoos. Planning on getting my family crest on my l/r bicep, a Celtic cross on my l/r bicep, and maybe a Caduceus (medical symbol) on my right calf. Price range is good. There is like a $50 deposit. When I made my appointment, I only had to wait maybe 2 hours tops. It took about and hour and a half to complete the tattoo. Lambadi City Tattoo is VERY unprofessional to say the least. You would think the economy was booming and everyone and their mother are getting tattoos these days. I guess they just don’t have time for everyone  Lambadi was recommended to me thru a friend – so I stopped in there about a month ago. The person I was told to see was out of town for most of October. I scheduled a consultation with this person for when he returned. The appt just happened to be on a day when the weather was horrible – wind storms, damaging thunderstorms, tornadoes warnings etc. Because I had this appt for almost a month and was so looking forward to meeting this person I drove thru the treacherous storm to come and find out that the guy I had the consultation with didn’t even show up!! I was devastated. I did however get the opportunity to speak with the owner who assured me I would have drawings emailed to me that night. 2 days later I still have nothing and when I called the shop they were too busy to speak with me, and never returned my phone call!!! I would never recommend this lack of professionalism to anyone. After doing a search there are so many tattoo shops in the area I lost count. Why go to one that doesn’t give the time of day to you? My wife and I come in from Kentucky every time we are ready to get a tattoo. Troy does our work and he does a great job . I have 3 decent size pieces done there and my wife has had sleeve and multiple smaller tattoos. If you interested in getting good custom work this is the place for you. Troy does ours but every one else is great there also. Go in for a consult and see there work you will not be let down. I have been tattooed by Kevin three times now: a lower back piece, a small dragonfly, and a fantastic, super-detailed phoenix. These guys are extremely professional. They do great custom work and they're not afraid to tell you if a design isn't going to translate well as a tattoo. I have friends who have gone to Troy and Liam at Lambadi and their work is amazing as well. I can't speak as to the price of their piercings but as far as the tattoos are concerned, I think it is important to keep in mind that tattoos are for life. You won't go wrong if you go to Lambadi. I had never gotten a tattoo before, even though I've always really wanted one. I was extremely nervous going in, but Liem, my artist, quickly put my mind at ease. He was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The process was not nearly as painful as I thought it was going to be, and Liem took great care in what he was creating. The final result left me completely satisfied; the tattoo is beautiful. I was also given instructions on how to care for my tattoo until it completely heals. Troy has designed and inked two medium sized tattoos of mine and I won't go to anyone else except maybe his partner Kevin. He will sit down with you to make it perfect; it took nearly 8 weeks for us to finalize the first design and 4 for the 2nd. Each time he was patient and exact, he reset the stencil on my foot 4 times to make sure it the design would flow across my foot and spent an hour re-touching my shoulder (for free!) when I came in for the final color fill b/c he didn't feel the colors were bright enough. I find his costs to be reasonable and we are currently collaborating on 2 new designs. Read Less

I went to Lambadi just this year to have my very first tatto done. I went in about a week before and showed them my design. They were very helpful and knowledgable about the design and where was the perfect place for it. The actual day of I was very nervous, they answered every question i had and were very patient with me. I even called the next day asking stupid questions and they never once seemed upset at me. I went to Lambadi's almost 5 years ago to get my eyebrow pierced. It did not hurt at all. The guy was absolutely amazing. So I went back about 3 years ago and got my belly button pierced. Again- great service! I even lost my ring and the piercing actually closed up. So I went back to get it repierced and they did it for free! Even gave me a new ring and everything! I was very, very impressed. So now I'm looking for a tattoo (my first!) and I already know exactly where I'm going to get it done....Lambadi's! Read Less
