Celeste is a lovely person and clearly a professional. Her shop was welcoming, comfortable, and nicely decorated. When doing the consult she listened well to what I wanted, offered suggestions and drew out some preliminary sketches. I look forward to getting my tattoo.

I have been to Tracy twice for my only two tattoos. She takes her time and is a perfectionist as she says so her self! It feels great to have someone care what is being put permanently on your body just as much as you do. Great line work and very clean. I suggest her to everyone and anyone who is looking for someone to do a great job!
