I came to town to visit a buddy of mine, and he recommended the shop. Went in a few hours before closing on St. Patty's day for a really simple matching tattoo with him. The artist knocked out two curse marks from the Naruto anime super quick and clean as hell. I've got to say out of all the tattoos I have, this one being all black, it will be the absolute darkest. Overall the tattoo is turning out phenomenal, I'm very pleased with the work. The artist was very personable and fun to chat with while she worked on me and buddy. The other guys at the shop were all super chill, polite, and frequently came up to chat as the shop had slowed near the end of the day. I went into the shop today and felt very unwelcome. The guy who opened the place acted like he was better than everybody. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I did not get my tattoo done here because of the way the man spoke to me. He made me feel like he didn’t want my business at all. I went to get my first tattoo here and my friend got her belly button pierced at the same time. They were AMAZING. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went in looking to ask some questions and was greeted by amazing staff who explained everything to me. And made me very comfortable even when I wasn't getting pierced that day. Two days later I was hoping to get pierced but missed the piercer at fault of my own. Even then they were very willing to work with me the next morning. Although I ended up somewhere else, I'd highly recommend Lost Soul. And definitely will be going there first for any future piercings. Read Less

Went there to get my septum pierced last October. Overall my experience there was pleasant, nice staff. Although in the process of getting it pierced (Josh did it) was a tad bit more painful than it should've been. I say that because the needle wasn't straight the first try, so he had to take it about halfway out, reposition it and pierce it again. Other than that, very clean and professional. I was looking for a new body piercer because the one that I really liked moved a few years ago. I saw this place and figured I would give it a shot because of the good reviews and they had a female piercer which I have not seen many of. I had Mandy as a piercer for repiercing both of my nipples and I have found my new fave! Mandy was extremely knowledgable and super easy to feel comfortable with.
