Came in with my friend only 45 minutes before they were going to close for a impulse decision to get tongue piercings, but instead last minute asked if we could get a small tattoos instead. We ended up with Logan as our artist, he spent so much time just making sure our pieces were exactly what we wanted (my friend had him redo the drawing 2 times) yet he did it with patience and a smile. We overall ended up being in there until 1-2 am, and it has now been a few weeks and my pig tattoo is perfect. I have to give major appreciation to logan for being a huge influence on now being a vegetarian, and marking my pig/that night as a commemoration. I feel with cloak and dagger they put a lot of care into making sure you get the piece you want, alone with all the artists having different styles for different people. The artists have phenomenal artwork and are all lovely individuals. GO TO CLOAK AND DAGGER !!!!! Read Less

Amazing experience with Britton Asbury, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job touching up a piece another artist did. He also gave me some advice and ideas for a cover up I'm planning in the future. Finally found a talented artist that has good energy and is trustworthy..wont be going anywhere else in the future...I've been to several other shops in the Dayton area, and cloak and dagger is by far the best. Chi was fantastic! She took her time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted, and triple checked before getting started. Her work was beautiful and I left totally happy. Great prices, too. If you are in Dayton or close by, don't go anywhere else but here. This is hands down the best place around and everyone at the shop is very nice and friendly and the atmosphere is great. I get my work done by Britton Asbury and I can confidently say he will kill every tattoo he does. I always have people tell me how much they love his work when they see what he has done for me. He does all black and grey for me but I have seen his color pieces too and they are top notch. If you want to walk around proud of your artist and their work, come here and you'll get exactly that. Incredible artists. Comfortable space. Reasonable prices. Not pretentious. The atmosphere is relaxed though the art is taken seriously. Great location (near the Pony Keg) and though the front lot seems small (can be very awkward to park in) there's plenty of parking in back. If you're in Dayton, get a tattoo. I came here back in April not really knowing what to expect. It looked small and not very well established, but I took a chance and opted to get my pin-up girl tattoo here. It was exactly what I wanted. The color and shading was perfect. I took over four hours, but when you're creating art on your body, time should be the last thing you're worried about. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable. Personally, I have only gone to Rob, but I'm sure all the artists are quite talented. I have gotten compliments and MANY second glances from my pin-up girl. Excellent shop. They have moved to 1100 Wilmington ave. clean, well lit and comfortable to be in. These artists are professionals and the way they act shows it.
