Clean and very friendly and welcoming! JJ(the owner and main artist) is absolutelu amazing at what she does! A great place to go to for both tattoos and piercings.

If you want great work done and at a great price BlackBerry is the place to go. JJ is the only person I will let tattoo me. She is an amazing artist. I did get a tattoo from Frank also which turned out awesome. But JJ is definitely my go-to artist

It started out with explosive diarrhea. I was driving down route 20 in conneaut Ohio, when suddenly I was struck by the sense that there was a midget standing on my sphincter from the inside. Slightly jumping up and down. I knew that if I didn't get to a bathroom soon I was going to shit myself, and having just cleaned my car upholstery from my last accident, I was committed to avoiding this. The sign "Blackheart Tattoo" caught my eye, as I jerked my vehicle to a stop. Ru...nning through the door not unlike a chimpanzee with a bottle rocket in his ass, I quickly scanned the premises for a toilet. There, between me and sweet relief, was a group of lesbians fighting over a Tibetan singing bowl. Knowing that I would not be able to end the argument quickly as I have little to no knowledge of buddhism, I dove and slid between one of the lesbians legs not unlike Pete Rose rounding into second. I quickly grabbed the shoelace of the Timberland boot that one of the ladies was wearing, as to decelerate and prevent a serious accident. I could hear the shouts of, "Hey man! Hands off my Tim's" as I slammed the door and slammed my ass hard against the toilet seat. A cold splash of water against my bare ass was somehow a comfort. Upon exiting the bathroom I was accosted by a tattoo artist who explained to me that they do not let non-customers use the restroom. I apologized and immediately made an appointment. I also had the pleasure of speaking with others from the shop and everyone is so down to earth and it's a great vibe when you're in there! Highly recommend for the artists and the atmosphere! 5 stars all the way and will be back for more :)

I went here to look into getting a tattoo. While I was waiting, a lady came in and asked them to touch up a tattoo that they had done poorly two weeks ago. Not only did they refuse her, but they actually yelled at her for their own crappy work! I made a beeline out of that place.
