Matt is the best in the state most def. I've seen hundreds of amazing tattoos and he will definitely meet or exceed your expectations. He even has art work featured in urban ink magazine.

Steven is an amazing artist. Been rocking with him for 5 years now. & I will continue to follow him to whatever shop he may be at. Konvicted is where it's at people. And they don't try to burn your wallet either I bet you get a better price here than any tattoo shop in the midwest. They've lowered the price, but stepped up the quality here. Amazing shop, good vibes, top shelf quality artists.
