I had an appointment with Nate at a specific time and date. He forgot about it then proceeded to send me screenshots of his other appointments and said, "I try my best." Then he started to get rude. Don't recommend going to him.

Went in on a whim for a quote I'd been wanting on my forearm. Had an excellent experience. Big Nate did a phenomenal job! Never really got the "tattoo addiction" from my previous tats but seeing how great this one came out, I can't wait to get another one, and will definitely be going back to Identity. Highly recommend.

Writing this about 2 months after getting my tattoo. I'm happy to say this place was great and I'd recommend to anyone. The shop is very clean and the artists are friendly and helpful. I gave my idea to one of the guys there (Damon I think?) and they hooked me up with their geometric artist based on what I wanted done. Lux worked with me to draw it up based on my idea but tweaked it to make it perfect. Everything healed very nicely in a week or two and I'm still pumped with how it turned out! I'll be coming back in the future.

I had such a good experience with Matt, the owner. I had a death in the family and Matt did a memorial piece for me. He does great work, was so helpful and made sure that the tattoo turned out how I wanted it. I've been to a lot of places in Columbus and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Definitely worth it and I recommend anyone that wants tattooed check out Matt, the owner of Identity Tattoo
