Got a great tattoo from Brian. Clean shop, they take the time to properly consult, prep, adjust if necessary and follow good health and hygiene practices (changing gloves as needed multiple times, lots of supplies, etc). The line work looks great and good shading also (mine was grey and black). Great detail info for after care also. Would recommend to anyone looking for good work. Read Less

After my tattoo was "finished" Bryan forgot to add some detail to it that I wanted. He said he wanted more money to add in the detail after we agreed to everything before the session began. He was very snobby about the situation and seemed he was trying to get you out the door as fast as he could. So I paid $300 for 1 hour of work. F!@#ing Bull#!$t Read Less

I didn't have an appointment but Steve was willing to see me. After having a bad experience at another parlor, it was really nice to have someone who was interested in what I wanted. He really made sure that I got a tattoo that I liked and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. I'm so glad he was able to see me and I know I'll be going back to get other tattoos done. I've been tattooed by Justin and Ashley who have done custom pieces for me and really listened to my idea and helped make my tattoos even more beautiful. The shop is very unprofessional, double book artist then call when I'm 500ft and say they can't do it. I'm from SC and go there whenever I'm in town. I walked in one evening and got a tattoo from Steve. He was very nice and did a great job. The room was clean and he spent extra time making sure it was sanitary. My tattoo is small, but looks great. If I ever get another tattoo, I will definitely go back here. Read Less

I have had them do all my work for over fifteen years and I have a tattoo that has discolored and just looks bad; so I went in to get the tattoo touched up as the businesss has posted will be done and all the talented artists are gone to other studios and the owner refused to touch it up or have another artist touch it up b/c the original artist is gone. I was told that I could either go find the original artist or pay $150 to fix the tattoo. The policy is a 252 policy and I should not have to track down any ex-artist. 252 should fix it and until they do I will tell everyone where the work was done. Other customers that were there at the time agreed with me and thought it looked really bad and they should have fixed it. Read Less

I haven't been here in years. I'll be honest it may have changed since I last  got a tattoo from 252. But that being said, I do have a review that means something when it comes to tattoos.I got one of my first tattoos here by James. James is one of the owners and he is fricking good. My tattoo was full color across the back. 4 hours. Yep 4 hours. You get to know a space when you spend 4 hours there. James' tattoo has lasted over a decade. Seriously, a full color tattoo fades a lot and you can tell the quality by amount of fading. Now I won't fool you and say that it wasn't better that day, but seriously, this craftsmanship has been commended by others in the longevity realm. James did my tattoo exactly how I wanted it done. He took his time and made it last for years and years. I will forever say 252 is a quality tattoo shop. Additionally James' room in particular was great to hang out in. He has tons of stuff to look at and listen to.Also he's the singer of the Cleveland metal band Ringworm...for all you music junkies like myself.
