I had a great experience here! We had to drive about 30 minutes on the freeway but it was definitely worth it. Prices were amazing - $50 + tax for 3 piercings; 2 earlobes and one cartilage. Joe was calm and professional and genuinely cared about how it would look, not just 'getting it done.' He used a needle which made it quick and almost painless, and everything was very sterile and organized. A couple things to take note of: one, summer hours are 12pm-9pm, and two, if you are a minor planning to get a piercing, you must bring you parent/guardian and ID as proof. When I arrived I spoke, no one spoke back. It took 5-10 min for anyone to acknowledge my daughter and I. I was told she needed her ID for her ear to be pierced I said okay. I was going to purchase a nose stud but chose not to. I got to the car and thought about what the guy said about her ID. I called to understand why my 14 year old needed ID for her ear to be pierced when I am signing for her. All I asked for was an understanding, I was not rude until the guy who answered the phone started cursing at me saying it’s the f##### law and I needed paperwork showing she was my daughter. The piercer is extremely professional and made me feel very confident in his ability. I was nervous about getting g the particular piercing I got, but he was really great at helping me calm down. I got a pretty sensitive area pierced and expected an insane amount of pain but he used numbing gel and it barely hurt at all. SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE... I went there yest w my daughter to get her belly button pierced. The previous place we went to it got infected so she let it heal for 6 mths and wanted to try out a new place. 2 workers looked at it and were very helpful. When she was going to get it done I realized she didn't have her ID. Body revolutions never asked for hers only mine. Ok so diff procedure. Prob a good thing. I leave to go home and get it. Mind you i live in a suburb outside of Cl...eveland, when I get back my guy was gone and the other crabby Dude with a beard and glasses looked super annoyed with the people in front of us while we waited. Being a person who has worked nothing but CS jobs, I get it. Busy time of yr and it was crowed. I asked him should we just come back another time. He said yes. No sorry. No cares. Ok whatever. What's a $20 piercing to them anyway. Today we went back there and there were 4 workers and one customer getting a tattoo. I got a half ass hello from the one guy indulged into his cell phone, the other guy on the right possibly doing some type of work (I'd hope) , one guy doing the tattoo and the 4th guy walked through the door walked right passed us and didnt say a word. By this time I'm already pissed. A 5 min piercing!! We were there multiple times in 2 days! Totally ignored!! Never even asked today what we were there for! Worst Customer Service Ever. Don't go to this place if you want a little piercing cause im sure one of these 4 guys remembered me or my daughter and I would NEVER want someone piercing me or my daughter who could give 2 shits about the piercing. I went here a few days ago to get my nipples pierced and it was great. I got a guy named joe. First of he was very professional obviously most girls would feel a little uneasy when it comes to a male seeing there breast but he was great. First off he could see I was nervous and he talked to me to calm me down and told me it wouldn't be much pain. He also put some numbing cream on me and that helped a lot. He also didn't look at my boob up until it was time to pierce and once that was done he stopped looking. It was quick and easy then he gave me a paper to show me how to keep it clean and I was on my way. He also wrote his number down just in case I had more questions or concerns. Great place. Read Less

I have been researching Daith piercings. Found Tattoo Cafe and Joe! My sis and I have had migraines since 5yrs old, dad & grandma had them. I refused daily meds for them and botox. Went in and yes, I had a mild migraine. Once Joe pierced through the cartilage - BOOM - my migraine was gone. The relief was overwhelming that I started crying and I hope I didn't freak Joe out, but that was unbelievably quick relief. I can only akin it to when I have a 3 day migraine and I have to go to the ER and get my shot of high dose pain meds. This review is for their piercing services: specifically, Joe. I got three piercings done at the same time by him (two lobe, one conch). He could not have been more gentle and calm in terms of his overall demeanor and the prep/piercing experience itself, which is what you want when you're about to go through with a piercing! Joe was also very thorough. He took multiple measurements to make sure things were even. With the conch, I told him I would eventually want to put a ring in it (he had suggested not doing so now because the movement of the ring could lead to a higher risk of complications/longer healing time) and he asked questions about exactly how I wanted it to look in the future, so he could make sure he pierced at the right spot/angle. He gently placed a ring on my ear so I could see what it would look like eventually, asking if I wanted it to hang or just be horizontal. The piercing itself wasn't that painful, I think I heard it more than I felt it (ew, right?) and it hasn't hurt since! I easily slept on both sides two nights after I got them done. After the process was done, he meticulously explained what I should do for after-care. It was late and the shop was supposed to close, with someone still waiting to be pierced after me, but Joe still made sure to give me his full attention, answering all my questions and never making me feel rushed. Point is, he was really thorough and so nice, and I think it's the main reason why the process was so enjoyable. I would recommend seeing Joe at Tattoo Cafe to anyone ready to go through with a piercing! I will return here for as long as I'm in Cleveland! Read Less

I've been to this place twice now, once to gauge my septum and to pierce and gauge my ears, pierced with an 8, so it's awesome already.  They were extremely professional, clean and sterile.  They were more then willing to discuss various options and show me multiple pieces of jewelry, and even order some custom pieces.I highly recommend these guys for your piercing needs, working on the money to try them out for their tattoo work as well.
