Sanitary place, but I went in to get a septum ring and Kyra pierced it in the complete wrong spot- through my cartilage and way too low in my nose- and did not talk me through it at all. Also barely gave any instructions for aftercare and didn't tell me the gauge of my piercing so it will be hard to shop for jewelry. I went here to get my 8month old daughters ears pierced. When I walked in there was only one gentleman in the store. I explained the situation and explained how I drove in from Lodi. He immediately called the piercer and she came in within an hour. She knew exactly what I wanted and explained the entire process. She was so good to my little girl. Me & my 2 cousins were looking for small tattoos to get done so we went to a few places & they were busy so I called here & talk to a guy who said he had enough time to come in & will talk so we drive all the way there talk to the guy & he goes back to a tattoo he was doing & 2 other artist that weren't doing anything let us sit there for 2 hours then when he was finished with the tattoo he was doing he looked at us & said oh sorry we are closed after he seen us sitting there waiting all 3 tattoos would of took 30mins not even & the funny part is the kid that he did a full arm piece on couldn't even pay for the tattoo he just did so he waste our time when we had cash never will go back people were rude & disrespectful Read Less

Came in for a concert from Buffalo NY. Hubby and I went for a couples tattoo. We went based on google reviews. One particularly being an out of town walk in. Ian did both our tattoos and did a great job. The only thing i didnt like was the room was a little dirty, and supplies were not opened in front of us. We paid a bit more than we wanted but they look amazing, and exactly what we wanted so the price doesnt effect the review as much as the halls cough drops on the floor and out of order bathroom/messy back. Fantastic work I had done. Plan on going back for a touch up and maybe some more ink. They have a done of ideas on the wall and the guy I sat with had his own suggestions to my design. Each artist has their own room for privacy. I can't remember the guy who did mine but he's tall and has a ton of Star Wars/Marvel toys in his tattoo room. I initially went here after a bad experience at another tattoo shop with a recommendation from a friend. I have had multiple tattoos and piercings done at the Cleveland location; everyone was extremely nice, polite and very informative in their artistry. I would recommend Tom, Rob or Carl for tattoos and Natasha was amazing with all my piercings! Just got a new tattoo by Audri on May 14, and it's amazing! Wife wanted a new tattoo so a quick look on Yelp and off we went to here.They have all the standard flash on the walls that you find everywhere, including Sailor Jerry. Place is very clean, as it should be.Neighborhood is a bit "special" but oh well.Wife is an artist so she drew the outline her own tattoo. Karl did a great interpretation of what she wanted. Tom did my last one here and Im pretty pleased.  He did a pretty solid job but i could use a little touchup on the outline though.  Place is clean and there is lots of cool stuff to look at on the walls.  The only problem I have is thats the tattoo chairs are crammed in too close and the artists arent really that punctual.  I mean I show up to work on time...shouldnt they?  Also, all the cursing and carrying on by the staff is a little ghetto.  Id like to see a little bit more profesionalism and less hoodrat stuff.  Now to start planning out my Golden Girls back piece! All the staff were very nice, a few even stopped in a couple of times to check out how mine was going. Extremely clean inside, like a Dr's office. From beginning to end, I never doubted that part. Despite what previous review said, i have been going to 252 for years and have never had a problem. Chances are she didn't take care of her tattoo during the healing process. Staph infections can be acquired anywhere. I personally have been gettin tattooed by Tom for 10 years and have NEVER had an infection or any ill effects. All the artists there are professional and clean. This is, in fact the cleanest tattoo shop i have ever been in. Read Less

i have got a lot of tatt from 252 tat untill my paterpan foot tat got infected with cellitius very painfull it was a form of staff infection needless to say i will NEVER go back there for work in my life agin, the tat artist mane was Tom Murron.
