First off, I wanna give a shoutout to Lee and Kyle  who completed my tattoos in the three visits I've made to this Beelistic's! Each time was a pleasant experience, especially back when I got my first tattoo. Both Lee, Kyle, and I assume the rest of the crew were patient with my requests and took the time and effort to make sure the tattoo came out crips and clean. My first one took about 20 minutes while my most recent one took up to 2 and a half hours. Not once was there a letup in the process and each artist was focused and determined that the final result would be perfect. They were also informative and open to questions on both the process and the post-care of the tattoos. I have not had any post-tattoo horror stories thankfully and I believe it's because of the precise work of the artists. One thing I will say that negatively impacted my experience was the price. Although I'm not familiar with tattoo stock and market values, it was just crazy how much I paid. However, I guess you get what you pay for as I am well satisfied with all my tattoos from Beelistic's. I would definitely recommend this joint if you're looking for a safe and sanitary tattooing. Amazing art! I've gotten more than half my tats here and all my piercings. They are awesome. I love that they will be brutally honest with you, even if it means not getting your money. They are pricey but we'll worth the money, especially if you're going to be doing something that's very detailed. Eamon (who did my tattoo) was INCREDIBLE! He worked with me on a custom design and made sure to add everything I wanted- couldnt have imagined anything better. Not to mention he made me feel incredibly comfortable as it was my first larger peice and put up with my nonsensical babbling for the two hour duration of the tattoo so that's always a plus! This place is super cool looking. I came from out of town for a jewelry change and it's a clean and well run shop with knowledgeable piercers. The only downside was the incredibly long wait but that's because there was only one piercer and 4 other customers when I was there. I wish we had a shop like this where I live! Read Less

Our tattoo experience here was less than decent. 3 of us wanted tattoos; 2 were matching, easy tattoos. The 3rd was easy but a little more intricate. When we arrived, the tattoo *artists* were out front, on break. 2 of us signed in, and waited a few minutes for the *artists* to come in. We went back and, no joke, got tattoos that took less than 15 minutes from start to finish (see photo). With that, we walked back into the waiting room, ASSUMING the 3rd person in our group would be taken back. Nope. We were left standing in the waiting room, without even proper seating, for well over 30 minutes while the tattoo *artists* smoked and chatted and drank whatever they were drinking. The reception guy tried to make excuses, but those *artists* lost this business money... whether we were from out of town or not. Read Less

I wanted a small roman numeral date on my side and they couldn’t change the size unless I got a different font. Then they said it would cost me $150. I've been tattoo by both lee and nick and they're awesome!! I had my first tattoo with nick, and it's amazing still a few years after it being done!! Lee did a super sentimental tattoo for me, and I never expected it to be so amazing. They're all Super friendly too. The place is really clean and all the artwork everywhere is nice. Absolutely awful customer service at front desk. Rude and unwelcoming. I asked questions that were ignored or answered with sarcasm and they quoted us insanely over priced. Can't say enough good things about Beelistic's. My wife and I came in and had a rough idea of what we wanted. The team was able to create something that we loved. More specifically, Lucas was fantastic. It was my wife's first tattoo and he completely put her mind at ease. He was thoughtful and considerate when tattooing her. (As well as myself). This is a great place! Very professional! All up to date with OSHA compliance and training in blood-born pathogens and they wear gloves and sterilize all instruments that come in contact with bodily fluids! Lol I bet you couldn't guess that I was in Dentistry for 30+ years now could you! The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the tipped amount that was suggested at the end of the payment transaction. It cost 60 for my daughter to get her nose pierced plus 5$ for the preferred cleanser then they only gave you a selection on the iPad for a tip of 20 to 30% ! So that was 12.00 for the tip. So all in all I paid 77.00$. It would have been nice if I was given the option to decide what I wanted to give as a tip instead of being forced to give 20%. I thought that only happened at restaurants for a party of 8 or more? There was an option NOT to give a tip at all but I didn't feel that it would be right not to tip. We did wait for over an hour and I had to feed the meter out in front of the store but we didn't have an appointment so I get that! Ya might want to rethink your tip options to 10 to 20% something more reasonable after all The piercer only spent maybe 5 minuets with my daughter. Read Less

If I could give a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would. I don't even know where to begin with this place. My friend and I went to Bee's on a Friday night at about 10:30pm (we were in town for a convention and had limited time). There were 2 tattooists working. Let me preface this by saying that Olivier who did my small tattoo was great and did nice work however we did also want a larger piece each and they did not even want to entertain the idea since it was an hour and a half before closing. That's fine- we decided to come back tomorrow for the larger pieces. Neither of these 2 were working the next day.The next morning we took the gauze off of our tats and my friend was immediately in tears. It was just a small black heart (in a very visible spot) and there was an ink blow out on both sides. Also, while mine done by Olivier was clean and crisp hers was A LOT lighter than mine and the one side was completely crooked (we didn't notice before bc it was raised and fresh). I calmed her down and reminded her we are going back today I am sure they will fix it no problem, and also everything I read about ink blow outs said it could possibly go away in 2 weeks. She was of course distraught for the entire day. Now we go back that day with our other friend to get a large piece each. We pull up and all 4 employees were outside smoking. I didn't realize they were the workers so I went to go in the door and they very rudely said "We are all out here what do you need". Great start to this visit. We nicely explain to them that we are looking to get new tattoos but first wanted to get the tattoo from the night before fixed. Immediately they were extremely unaccommodating and unbelievably rude. They were telling my friend that they can't fix it because they were not the ones that did the original work and also were emphatic that it needs to be completely healed before touching it or it would just do more damage than good (the original was done less than 18 hours before). We go in with the desk guy and he was seriously the biggest d-bag I have ever met in my life (for no reason). Since the guy that did hers was not in and no one would even entertain the idea of LOOKING at it or give us options I asked if we could call the guy in bc we were only in town for that day and couldn't come back tomorrow. He very rudely rejected that idea. Can someone else possibly just LOOK at it and give their opinion? NOPE not an option- it's not their work. Partial refund so we can get it fixed at home? "That's absolutely out of the question". Ok can we get our larger pieces and get a credit at least? "Nope- we are not taking money out of someone else's pocket who didn't do the work bc the tattooist you had isn't here to speak for himself". I asked why he was being SO nasty and he almost disregarded my question. Then one of the other guys says "He is being nasty because you are". I assure you we did NOT start off that way- it only progressed to that because he was unbelievably unaccommodating and rude from the second we walked in. At this point my friend was beyond mad and upset bc she thinks she is going to have to live with this on her body.... so I go outside to the other 2 guys and see if I can start over with a clean slate. The one guy was again rude for no reason but SLIGHTLY more receptive to our questions. He still didn't want to do the piece I wanted bc that wasn't his style apparently but I think he just didn't want to deal with us honestly. I have to say that Lee was very nice and answering our questions and we could tell that they were all trying to have each others backs but he was definitely more understanding and saw it from our side. My friend asked "Am I wrong- this is on my body for the rest of my life and in a very visible place" and only Lee was like yes of course I understand. The rest of them acted like it was no big deal. At this point we were definitely NOT getting another tattoo there but our friend still wanted one so she had the desk guy draw one up.Then we got a price- it was $200 which is VERY high for what she wanted! They clearly were highballing us just to get us out of the shop. I have never been treated that way for absolutely no reason in my life. We were so disrespected and made to feel like we were in the wrong for something that THIS SHOP screwed up. We decided to go down the street to Barber's Electric which also had great reviews. AND OH BOY- WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I HIGHLY recommend them.... they said they get people there at least 4 or 5 times a WEEK saying that Bee's was so rude! That's INSANE!They were super nice and even though they closed in an hour they still drew up our tats and stayed 2 1/2 hours past closing to do them. AND they fixed my friends tattoo with no questions asked! They did some of the nicest and cleanest work I have ever seen and were super sweet. I got my very first tattoo here the day I turned 18. It's been almost 3 years and it still looks great. (It is a very small wrist tattoo.) I've also been there countless times with a friend of mine who has gotten tats and piercings and they always turn out perfect! I plan on coming in soon to get some touch ups on other tattoos of mine. I've been getting pierced by JT since he's been an apprentice. I would not go to anyone else in Cincinnati or the surrounding region because JT is so knowledgeable and down to earth. Got a nose piercing done a year ago and went to get it changed only to find out that my piercing was done completely wrong. The person who did it used a stud that was meant for someone who was already healed and basically it became embedded in my skin. I had to have it surgically removed. I went to multiple places to get different opinions on what to do and they all said the same thing that the person who did my piercing was an idiot and that I should never have had it done by someone so inexperienced. Got my first two tattoos done here on Friday and it was a great experience! My friend and I were walk-ins and they had us both in the chair and done within half an hour or so. Everyone was super nice, the guy working the counter had a great sense of humor (good for someone really nervous about getting tattooed for the first time :)), and my tattoo artist and my friend's tattoo artist (Nick and Kyle) both did a great and quick job! The only reason I give 4/5 stars is that I feel like they're a tad on the expensive side. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather drop more money and get a good tattoo at a clean shop than get a cheap but dirty basement tattoo, but the shops I have been accustomed to for piercings in the past were quite a bit less pricey when it came to tattoos, and they were of equally high quality. Went & got a tattoo for my birthday and even though the picture I showed the artist was not anything like what I got, I was pleased with how it turned out. I am however I am baffled as to why what I showed the artist didn't get drawn up that way, especially since I have a few others & they are exactly my vision. Either way it turned out. My complaint comes from how I was treated. Don't get me wrong, front desk guy was awesome, but the tattoo artist was so rude & literally act...ed annoyed the entire time I was there even though I hardly said a word. When I asked to make the changes I wanted, he literally rolled his eyes at me making me nervous for all future requests. Again, my tattoo was fine, but it could have been better if I would have gotten exactly what I wanted. The experience itself was terrible & it was my birthday so that was a super big downer. My boyfriend & I, 4 days later, decided to give it another shot because they were super easy to get into (I get why). We walked in, made our request & when we were quoted, it was outrageously expensive. When we requested it be smaller (2-3 inches vs. 7-8in because that's what we wanted) we were literally scoffed at & told that was not possible. I could go on & on about how I feel about this place, but to summarize: they do decent work, but are complete dicks. Not worth it at all. We left and got the tattoo we envisioned in Dayton OH at Cloak & Dagger. We got exactly what we wanted, size & all and for less than half the price of these arrogant assholes. Won't be back ever. My friend got her libret done here and the guy messed up, pulled the needle out and repierced her lip causing discomfort and bleeding. Seemed extremely unprofessional to me. At a later point another friend of mine went over to get some work done on a previous tattoo. They were extremely rude about her tattoo, telling her it was terrible and too messed up to fix. They wanted to charge her a ridiculous price and disreguarded what she was saying completely. We went to the other beelistic and they were equally as rude. Do NOT go here. Came in tonight wanting to get a tattoo with my mom and sister because I had gotten my ear pierced here before with an EXTREMELY POSITIVE experience. Everyone was very welcoming upon arrival however the minute we showed what we wanted and what size it was shot down. I was okay with that and was looking for alternatives with the help from a guy named wiz. He offered some suggestions and size options however there was another man behind the counter, brown hair, short, and overweight, was completely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Basically everything I said was "nope we can't do that". I thought the point of being a tattoo artist was working for the customer with creative ideas and maybe even drawing up a sketch. We finally decided on one that was super simple and the price came out to $100 each. The tattoo was tiny and about three simple lines that made up an angel wing. I will gladly take my time, money, and skin somewhere else before I ever make the mistake of going there again and permanently inking my body. Highly recommend you stay away from there for tattoos because the rude clerk had tattoos that looked horrible that he obviously got there. I had a nothing but positive experience with a man named Brody who pierced my ear last summer but will sadly probably never return. All my friends have gone elsewhere and have had great experiences. This is the fourth time I've gotten work done here, and I have walked out pleased with the work every time. This weekend session was my second with specifically Olivier; I cannot say enough in his favor. He has an exceptionally light hand, some of the finest, cleanest lines I've ever seen and an attention to the details I didn't know I even wanted until he pointed them out. Two of my friends went with me - we each had different artists and were all incredibly satisfied. The entire staff is acommodating, helpful and tolerant/patient with whatever questions might seem silly to you. This is the only place in Cinci that we go for tattoos! Read Less

My tattoo was a very last minute decision, and it was my first tattoo. My artist seemed very annoyed with all the questions I had about the feeling, the healing process, or honestly anything else. I'm also a very chatty person. I was charged $120 which I thought was a fair price for what I thought I was getting a great tattoo because all I heard were great things about this parlor. When my tattoo was finished it was very apparent that it was messed. Even my dad who hates tatt...oos commented about how it wasn't equal. I went to look online to see info about my artist where it said he was an apprentice but according to the parlor the sight doesn't get updated frequently, but it still induced panick for me. I went into the parlor to speak to the manager about what happened and they agreed that it didn't look right. But also instead of actually trying to find a solution and maybe discussing with me how to fix it or any ideas. They just said sorry and to come back in a month. Got my septum pierced by Autumn. She was super nice and laid back (while still professional) so that made me less nervous about getting it done. She covered everything about how to take care of it and anything that may happen during the healing process. I appreciate that she told me to come back when I'm able to change the piercing so they could help. That's something I was nervous about. She also explained what piercers were there on what days, and which shop locations they're at. The shop was very clean and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend going here for piercings. I've always come here for all of my piercings ever since I moved to cincinnati. My last visit was extra awesome, Brody did my daith piercing and it was by far the smoothest piercing I have ever gotten. He was extremely knowledgeable while helping me pick jewelry and talked me through the piercing step by step. Not to mention he was super fun to work with. I recently went in to get my nose repierced for the third time and the woman who did my piercing was so sweet and really great through the whole process. However a few days later I had noticed that at some point the ball for my hoop had fallen out, so when I called to ask what I should do about it the man I spoke with on the phone was horribly rude. He didn't answer any questions I had besides telling me it would be 10-15 dollars to replace the ball. He was very nasty with me when I asked if I would be okay without the ball, and he said it was "buyer beware" and was just unhelpful in the whole situation. I was here a few months ago, me and my Mom on a whim. I had a great tattoo artist. He had a beard and glasses (sorry I don't remember your name!) My Mom's artist was great too. There was a girl there as well and all three of them were attentive, nice and very professional. We both left happy. I returned two days ago because my daughter who was turning 16 wanted to get her ear pierced at the top. Nothing major......and I wanted to get my nose pierced so we were going to do it together. None of the same people were there this time. Three guys were in there and only one acknowledged us. He didn't have the greatest bedside manner either. He told me what my piercing would cost and then told me he couldn't do my daughter's without my birth certificate, my id, her birth certificate and a state issued id (He wouldn't accept her school id) and then told me I had to come back tomorrow when she turned 16 the next day. It was almost like I was being asked for documents in order to be a gun owner. Nevertheless, we walked out of there and went to Claire's to get her ear pierced. They didn't ask for anymore than my parental consent. I ended up finding someone to do my nose piercing elsewhere. The place is great, depending on who you work with. Read Less

Any time I've gone to beelistics, I've been impressed. Even if I walk in and don't have an appointment, they've never had me wait for long before drawing up what I have in mind and giving me the tattoo that day. A group of girls from the salon I work at in Clifton went to beelistics last Friday to get Friday the 13th tattoos. We didn't have appointments but they fit in 4 of us when we got off work and made it happen! Today, (Tuesday) 2 of the guys stopped into the salon to see how the tattoos were doing! I thought that was an awesome gesture and thoughtful- they went the extra mile! My artist was Kyle, but unfortunately I don't know the name of the guy who did 2 of my coworkers tattoos :-/ but honestly, anyone I've had who has done my tattoos/ piercings has been great. Just got an amazingly beautiful lotus tattoo from Olivier. He's phenomenal!! The entire staff was awesome. I was greeted instantly and asked if I needed help.This wasn't my first nor will it be my last tattoo. ( I have 6 others) I knew what I wanted and I  told her exactly what I wanted and had brought my verse with me. She was excited to help me and took my choices to Olivier and came back with enhancements for my design. I was super excited with his insight. It didn't take long at all to complete, approximately 90 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out. I'm so happy with my piece!! I will now only go to Beelistic for all my work and plan to have Olivier freshen up my older pieces. If you visit this shop make sure you have a photo of exactly what you want so they can trace it.. Because that's pretty much all they do. Had a design in mind and the 'artist' presented a sketch to me, I liked it and got it done.. Later found out the image was stolen off of the deviant art website. That is the final time I've gone there for anything. I've had a few tattoos done here with a few different artists and none of them seem to have any talent worthy of the prices they charge. Lucas Evans- utter disappointment. Just a bad personality. Very pessimistic from the beginning. Didn't ask me any questions or give an effort to listen to what I wanted, just told me he probably couldn't do it. Everything I tried to suggest, he acted like he hated. Just a total buzzkiller. Aghast, I just walked out, guy is a wurf. REGRETS. Avoid.Worst of all is that I called ahead and tried to speak with an artist, but this place refuses to look at or discuss your idea with you prior. They require that you come into the shop, and then talk down to u about tattoos, much like the commenter below. Despite what they portray online, this place is highly impersonal. No fun. I am a first time piercer and was extremely nervous.....and to make matters worse I was getting it done in the most private of places. My piercer was JT Elliot and seriously this guy deserves a medal!! He was nothing but professional and put me at complete ease. His knowledge was so clinical that I felt like I was in a doctor's office rather than a tattoo parlor. He explained each step and made me aware of what to expect throughout the whole process. I'm far from a tatted-up veteran of ink. And though my wife and I have both gotten work done from a number of artists around town, reviewing a shop is extremely difficult in my opinion. The sheer number of moving parts and the subjectivity of the art makes it hard to accurately say one place is better than the other. That being said, I give Beelistic high marks for its professionalism and appearance. I think a lot of shops get dissed because of how little research their customers put into their experience and into what they'd like done. This leads to artists doing the best they can, or telling the customer what can realistically be done - which then leads to a bad review.So I didn't enter the world of piercings, nor did I have a complicated tattoo done. Just a simple graphic on my arm. And as a walk-in, I wasn't expecting their full attention either. But the shop was empty when my group walked in. The man at the front desk was extremely kind, and quickly picked up on my knowledge level of tattoos. I liked that a lot.The really cool part was the technology they used. They led me to an iPad that took me through all of the paperwork. This was way less sketchy than some boiler-plate form on a clipboard, and let me give way more information to the artist, such as my proclivity to fainting and the last time I had eaten. I liked that a lot too.My artist got down to business. He was a guest-artist, and I had a chance to check out his work online. He was quick and efficient in setting me up - I assumed mostly because it was getting toward the end of the night. He introduced himself and his techniques, and was quick to get to work.Upon asking him if he like to chat while working, he replied "no, I like to work". The needle was in my arm a few seconds later.About 45 minutes more into the night, he was all finished. The art looked great, the man at the front desk was again, courteous and friendly as he walked me through the payment process on the iPad from before. He even down-sold the more expensive product at the shop in favor of the local Wal-Mart alternative. I had been to Beelistic's before for piercings and jewelry, but never for a tattoo. I had time to spare, so I decided to go in to get a tattoo that I had been thinking about. Olivier greeted me, and I discussed my idea of white ink. He was extremely informative and warned me that white ink often will not age well, and so he didn't feel comfortable doing the work as he could not guarantee it. I appreciated his honesty and took his advice. After some discussion, I decided to go for black and gray on the top of my foot. Olivier drew up the outline, got set up, and then we got started. He was extremely professional in handling my foot which would not stop twitching!!! The session was extremely painful; I have my ribs/back done and that was nothing compared to this pain! But I stuck it out and in the end left with a gorgeous tattoo with excellent placement. I completely recommend Olivier at Beelistic's after this experience. Read Less

Stop by this shop to get my first tattoo. I asked to see an artist and the girl behind the desk went and got an artist for me. I showed them what I wanted but would need some personalization done to art that I brought in. He said that he could do it and that it would be $20.00 deposit before he could do it and it would take a few days to draw it up. I agreed and gave them the $20.00 deposit and left my information (Name - Phone Number - E-Mail) and as soon as he had it finished...I would stop back over and look at what he had and if it was what I wanted...we would get things moving forward. He agreed and we parted ways. SO....a week goes by and I call the shop to talk to the artist. He gets on the phone and acts like we never spoke...(Strike 1) He then tells me (Once I reminded him of our conversation and the details and how he bragged how good he was) that he has not even started on it...(Strike 2) So then I ask him, when will he have something for me to look at...he then just starts rambling about he is busy this week but maybe next week he can get me something...(Strike 3) I interrupted him and let him know to not worry about it that he just showed me that he was NOT the artist he said he was and that he was full of S**T!!! I asked to speak to the owner and he just HUNG UP!!!! So...the moral of the story...DON'T give a deposit. If you can't get what you want while you are there...then get up and leave. This is the worst shop I have visited when it comes to customer service. BTW, I am a business owner. I have no issue on price when I want to make a purchase. So (To the artist which I will not mention his name) go spend your money else where...because I have left two messages for a return phone call from someone in charge...and to no avail...NO RETURNED PHONE CALL!!! I'm very pleased I was brought to Beelistic Tattoo & Piercing to get another ear piercing. I was originally going to go to Claire's, despite being warned about the dangers of piercing guns, but was told by the store worker that I wouldn't be able to get an even piercing because of the way my ears were shaped. I took that as a sign and got out of the store as fast as I could.I asked my cousin, who is experienced with tattoos and piercings, where she recommended that I go to get a professional piercing done. She told me she didn't know of a piercer in Cincinnati, but had me call her favorite tattoo place, Designs by Dana, and they instantly recommended I come to Beelistic's.I spoke with the piercer Key on the phone, asked a few questions about pricing, jewelry, store hours, etc. and came in a half hour later. Key did my piercing, and I'm very pleased with it. Key made sure that I had something to eat before getting pierced, so I wouldn't pass out. She took her time marking my ear, erased and redid the dot on my right ear quite a  few times until she was pleased with it, and made sure I liked it as well. She changed her gloves in between marking my ear and using the sterile needle to pierce my ear. She had me take a deep breath, and breathe out, and was done piercing my ear by the time I exhaled. Post piercing both of my ears, she cleaned the piercing, and held something cool to my ear to help with any pain, though the procedure was practically painless. She was very thorough instructing me with care, and answering any questions I had at all. She even wrote her name on my aftercare guidelines sheet and told me I could send her a facebook message if I had any questions at all.I can't vouch for their tattoos, but I am very pleased with the piercing process at Beelistic and highly reccomend this to anyone looking to get a piercing. I don't live in Cincinnati, but I've had two tattoos done by Nick the Tailor (Clifton shop) during my visits to Cinci.  Before my last visit, I contacted Nick with a brief idea of what I was looking for (a pinup girl arm tattoo) and by the time I came in the next night, Nick had it fully drawn up, well-exceeding my expectations with his ideas for the piece.  The tattoo took longer than anticipated because I had to take several breaks, but Nick was understanding and stayed past closing time to finish the piece.  He is also incredibly fast. The work is absolutely stunning and I get compliments on it all the time.  If you're looking for an original tattoo done by a pro, especially if you're interested in a vintage aesthetic, go see Nick at Beelistic. Beelistic on Short Vine is where I had the pleasure of getting work done. I've been in Cincinnati for three months and have asked multiple people around town where I should get a tattoo I have been thinking about getting done. The only response I got was Beelistic, quickly at that, as if a no brainer. The staff was very respectful and helpful in any question I had. The shop has a great, comfortable environment and as I state again, staff alike. Will  took great care of me beginning to end. I work back and forth from Cleveland to Cincinnati and would not hesitate getting work done here again, or referring anyone to the shop. I would not use this place. Took my tattoo into the place to see how much they would charge me and the gentlemen behind the counter told me that it would not work at the size that it was which was 5 to 6 inches. Also said he could not give me a price on the tattoo, that he did not give the prices and know one was there to give me a price. Which is really funny because the tattoo artist who drawed it for me told me that it would work that i could not go smaller. Two other people came in behind me and was complaining about there tattoos that they had gotten at the place. I would not recommended this place to kinow one and not even to my friends and family . Beelistic is my go-to shop for piercings. Located in the heart of Clifton, this place is clean, professional, and so comfortable you'll feel like you're home. Downstairs you'll find the tattoo parlor, with leopard print carpet and wall-to-wall designs. A private area in the rear is where artists will work on your piece. Upstairs is the piercing shop with bright green walls, black brick, and hardwood; it has a neon-Gothic vibe. The shop entirely will make you feel like a rockstar.Beelistic has two giant counters full of jewelry: one being the standard metal, the other, plugs and tribal. Plenty of selection. The neighboring room is the private piercing room, which is spacious enough to fit a small group in... or just you and your piercer. Patrick comes with my highest recommendation. He has 8 years experience and you can talk to him like an old friend. The procedure is explained thoroughly, right down to the natural ink used to mark the dots. All of the instruments are wrapped in sterile plastic and laid out on a tray beside the table. This way the client knows everything is hygienic. Once pierced, Patrick doles out the aftercare tips, including a detailed paper of guidelines, the size of your new jewelry, healing time, and a bag of cleaning salts. Have questions once you get home? No problem, they have a "call if you need anything" policy.Whether it's your first of fifth piercing, Beelistic provides quality work and an ideal experience!Tips: - Always leave a gratuity for your piercer or tattoo artist: 20% is customary. - Eat beforehand. Five years ago (my freshman year at UC) my friends and I went to get our noses pierced together. I got completely freaked out because needles have always scared me. Meg the piercer was so awesome... she had me lie down and close my eyes and she helped me relax. The process didn't hurt at all and I wasn't infected afterwards. She then pierced my friends sitting up, which was when I realized that not everyone has to lie down to get their nose pierced- lol.
