i've gotten 2 of my tattoos at brass knuckles. and i had a great experience. about 3 or 4 weeks ago i gave them 2 pictures that i've wanted incorporated into one tattoo on my forearm for my birthday. i had to give them a $20 deposit for the drawing which was totally understandable. they promised the drawing would be done by TODAY (1/28) also they said to come in when they open today which was noon. i got there around 11:45 am today and patiently waited for the tattoo artist to get there (which i was the first one there). when he showed up the front desk lady went to discuss my tattoo with him in the back room. they came back and nothing else was said. 2 other girls walked in and the guy who was going to do MY tattoo helped them as soon as they walked in. it was after 12 and he finally said "What does she want ?" and pointed to me. the woman says "this was the girls tattoo you were supposed to have drawn up by today" he bluntly said "It's not done, we call you when it's done" i respectfully said "the lady said she talked to you and promised it would be done by today" and all he told me was he could give me my deposit back. didn't ONCE say he was sorry or that he could finish it today for me. He was being super rude and i was not impressed at all! I will NEVER go back to brass knuckles, totally unprofessional ! Read Less
