Mark ullman is a great tattoo artist, he takes great pride in what he does. He takes his time and puts so much detail in every piece he does. Both of these pieces are from him and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Kris, the piercer, is the absolute best around! He takes his time to conversate and make you feel at home and comfortable. Second time getting my nose pierced but my 10th piercing in general, and I would never go to another piercer. He makes you feel like he’s you’re friend, not just your piercer. horrible customer service. I waited an hour for anyone to do anything for me. I got a simple tattoo and they charged me 120 dollars WHAT?!?! way overpriced!!!! Its the size of a thin pencil. They were also super rude and i felt like i was annoying them the whole time. Felt like no one wanted to do my tattoo because it was too simple. I will not be returning!!!!! Got my nose pierced today around 4pm, called ahead and asked before hand if I needed an appointment and the man on the phone said to just come in and we'd be able to get it done. We went in and immediately got greeted by every employee that was in visible sight to us. Then the man at the register issued us to come towards him to talk about what we were there for, and we exchanged money, my id, and all information needed to complete the piercing. All on a pretty cool and eas...y iPad app, no annoying paperwork or hard to read font. After everything was finished I picked my nose ring and then sat in the lobby for 5-10 minutes while they sterilized the piercing and got everything ready. I got greeted by a very very friendly dude named Chris and he was very very comforting, made me feel right at home. He was a very very professional person, and extremely sanitary! He even explained how he doesn't grab a sanitary nose piercing with gloves from an open box, meaning he opened a brand, new single use, sealed pair of gloves. That added a lot of comfort knowing how educated he was in his profession. Got it done and it looks great! He even measured a direct point he wanted it before marking it and shooting the gun! The guy Clarence who actually did my tattoo was phenomenal. The process was total BS. This clown approached me and asked what i wanted. I provided a picture. He said had to be blown up thats all fine and dandy... Told me to it would take an hour told me to leave. I stuck around. Being totally dicked around.. 30 mins later clown comes back and says it would be 200 250 range for black and gray scale. Comes back out with drawing and tells me 275 "right in the middle". Says he can work me in right now.... And hour later i start getting tatted. 275 bucks for a tattoo in grayscale that took an hour. Cracked my head because apparently i wasnt their typical customer. I went here to get a tattoo sketched up was told it would be a couple days a week and a half later I called and was told to call back later.
