I've now had Ashley do two tatts for me: A small on my left pec and a huge back piece that runs shoulder blade to shoulder blade and base of neck to base of spine. Her work is outstanding and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone near ArchAngel or willing to make the drive. (I drove two hours each way to have these done, if that tells you anything ;) ) The shop itself is nice, clean and inviting, with a slightly old school vibe. (I've been around a lot of tatt studios in my life; this was absolutely in the top 10.) I love jersey work, he is a great artist. I have gotten all my tattoos from him and they are just fabulous. Great prices as well. Have been going here for over a decade. Fantastic work, professional studio and artists. Jersey is great at taking your ideas and bringing them to life on paper and skin! I enjoyed my experience. Jersey was hilarious, fun to talk to, and very friendly. He did a very good job on my tattoo, and explained how to clean it. However, I thought the price was a little high. This place is a joke. Our son joined the Marines and wanted a tattoo. He went here during posted business hours and they were closed. Went back another day and the guy that does the tattoos wasn't in. It took three trips to get the tattoo. Now our daughter wanted a piercing on her upper ear. She wanted to go here. We were en route when we remembered how crappy this place was and called. The guy who does the piercings was off that day. So we found out what days he works and went on that day about an hour before they closed. He had already left for the day. So we make an appointment to get it done at 6 pm the next day. We are there at 6 and he was in the middle of a tattoo and would only be a minute. 50 minutes later he still wasn't done. I don't get it. They have two "artists." The one only does tattoos...and the other does tattoos and piercings. The guy who does both (who we made an appointment with) was doing the tattoo and the guy who only does tattoos was there doing nothing. Why didn't the tattoo only guy do the tattoo and the piercing guy keep the appontment? This place sucks. Read Less

The store is closed frequently.  They definitely do not follow the posted business hours.  They take deposits (I lost $60 for some piercing jewelry they were supposed to order), do not deliver the agreed upon purchase nor return phone calls.  Shady business.  Save your money and go somewhere else.
