I first want to say this low star review is only towards Dennis. I came in to get my tattoo on my finger either covered up or redone. Dennis told me to redu it just in case it fades so I don't have 2 faded tattoos. Makes sense. He charged me $50 for about 10 minutes. I thought that was pretty outrages. He also told me after the tattoo that he would only do 1 touch up for free but other tattoos he will always touch up free. He told me my tattoo will probably fade again and that I will need the touch up. I asked him what to do for care. All he told me was wash good and apply ointment that day. That was it. It's been 2 and a half weeks sense I got the tattoo redone and it looks worse then before. A lot of it has faded already. I wish I never had it redone. I called him about it and he claimed that he told me it would fade after 2 weeks. Yeah no he didn't because that would be outrages for me to spend that much money and go through the pain just so it'll fade so soon. He refused to give me any money back and was extremely unprofessional on the phone. At one point it seemed like he just set his phone down so he didn't have to speak to me any longer. Read Less

we had a great experience at this shop! We're from Grand Rapids, MI and made a quick decision to get tattoos after a pretty traumatic experience. We found testament tattoo online and thought they produced some great tattoos. I contacted the shop to see if they had room for walk-ins today and they got back to me very quickly! The atmosphere in the shop is amazing, I felt relaxed the entire time. Our artist, Dennis, was amazing. He connected with us well and the vibes were great. Honestly, this was the most FUN I've had getting a tattoo! We were super pleased from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. I got daith piercings to help with my headaches & it was the most wonderful experience! Having never been in a tattoo place before, we had no idea what we would walk into! LOL.
