I have to say, I've been to a few tattoo shops over the years and this place is by far the absolute best! I walked in and they were all very helpful and it was super clean! I made an appointment for the next week and wow! I never in my life thought I would walk out being so impressed and happy with my tattoo! Justin did an amazing job! Over the past few months Casey Geldine has put 4 tattoos on me, each one more dope than the last! This is my home base for tattoos. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and have a good sense of humor. I've gone to Justin Coffman for 4 years. He took me under his wing when I needed a touch up and I've stuck with him since. He does phenomenal realism and is a great artist in general. I give him an idea and he runs with it. This dude has turned into a great friend just from tattooing me a few times a year. I've also been pierced here and tattooed by other artists. We moved to BG 9yrs ago. Looking for a local place that did awesome tattoos and piercings, when this place was recommended to us. My 3 children, my husband, and myself have all had work done here. Most recent was matching mother and daughter tattoos done by Shawn, for which we get several compliments on. I would highly recommend this wonderful place. I see all the low ratings due to the most recent drama. That is between the owner and the employee and should not be anyone else's business. Leaving a bad review is not only tacky, but messing with someones lively hood because you're upset is inmature. You're not only hurting the business owner with stupidity you're also hurting it's other tattoo artists who don't deserve it. So here's the thing. I want this review to reach out to the people who aren't emotionally connected to all the drama that's tying to over power the importance of the review section. I want this you reach the new people who just want to look into the integrity and quality of a shop or artist because they are about to get their first tattoo. Look at all the comments and reviews before April/ May 2017. Out of the 850 reviews or so, there seem to be about 7 that didn't enjoy ...their experience. I've had 1 tattoo done here , which was by ink mafia, so I don't have any hands on experience with murder ink, but based on my own intelligence, I can clearly see that the comments and reviews would tell me that the place is very credible. I would definitely recommend going here. To the ones who are being asshurt because there buddy got fired, tread carefully. I've been to court for this before. But if you willingly slander a company or company name on the internet or elsewhere, and you're doing it for personal gain or refuge, and the business can further prove how your comments or false accusations have effected their business, you can and will be taken to court and sued. It's an easy case to win to be honest. You have to prove that the information in your accusation is true, that they somehow did in fact do terrible work on you specifically, and all they have to prove is that you're lying for personal gain. When walking into this shop, it is not welcoming at all. The people are not talkative or welcoming. When I got my tattoo, my artist made it soooo much better. He talked to me and made me feel more welcome. Then I see on Facebook he was fired, he is the only reason I went back to this shop a second time. I got tattooed by Joe like 3 months ago and have gotten so many compliments on my sugar skull. I have 2 more tats that I want and I will never go to anyone else! Joe is an amazing artist! He and Meghann are outstanding people and magnificent parents who will do anything for their friends and family. I am not sure why there are any ratings besides 5 stars. The people are crazy. I have gone here for repairs from tats done in other shops and the turned out gorgeous and have had a good experience all around. My kid even gets me gift cards from Murder Ink. Love Love Love. My Fiance got an amazing tattoo their a few weeks ago but when I called yesterday to schedule again with the same artist I was told he no longer works there for some Ridicolous reason. I do not trust a place that would fire an artist because they are scared that he would open up his own business and do so well that it would force their business to close. Read Less

We just LOVE Brooke! She is very helpful, professional and friendly. My daughter's have been going to her for the last couple of years for many piercings. Not one problem with any of them.
