I don’t recommend this shop to anyone whatsoever. I used to come here for my piercings, but the last time Beth messed up my belly button piercing so badly to the point to where it was so deep that the piercing couldn’t swell properly. She said that it was fine and that the swelling would go down, but it never did. After two months of having it pierced I had to take it out because the bar indented into my skin so badly and caused immense pain. It was never able to properly heal. Even then, she showed up almost two hours later than when the shop opens even though we called and made an appointment for 1:00. She wasn’t there until 1:45. She has most definitely been on drugs while at work for a decent amount of time now, she’s very out of it and dazed most times compared to when she was energetic and happy a couple years ago. Becky was absolutely wonderful; not only is she great at what she does, but she is also compassionate and kind. We were in search of a place to do four small, simple designs in honor of a recently departed family member; we went to another shop and the guy was a real a-hole who was uninterested in doing the designs and fought everything tooth and nail and wanted to WAY over charge. It was 8pm when I called (they close at 9), I explained what we were looking for, Becky said no problem and was very nice on the phone. It end up being 9pm when we started, and she didn't mind staying late with us, was very professional, and very involved in the whole process. We couldn't have had a better experience! I had an appointment here at 1:30. Set it up days in advance. I got there at 1:25 and all the doors were locked and lights off (even though it says open at noon). The receptionist gets there to let us in but surprise... the artist is no where to be found. We waited for a half hour and ZERO artists showed up. Crazy unprofessional to not show up to an appointment. I went down the street instead to Body Revolution. Seriously, choose someplace else. Read Less

Ordered jewelry 5 months ago. After the first two months went up there to check on the status of it. Apparently the company made a mistake with jewelry. Wrote my number down for the second time when the "correct" shipment would arrive. Here we are another three months later with not a single call. Very disappointed.*edit* the reason I went up there to check on it was because when I called the first time the lady who answered told me everything was there and ready, but she couldn't let me pick it up that day because she had no knowledge of what was mine. I come here for all of my piercings and have for the past few years. Becky is absolutely amazing and i wouldn't trust anyone else with piercing me, or the friends i've brought in. It's a really great place and i look forward to getting more piercings there, shes already done my eyebrow, septum, helix, and snake eyes. I recommend her to my friends as well. Don't ever go there. Appointments are a joke, she doesn't follow them what so ever. Embarrassing that I brought friends there to make an appointment that she rescheduled 3 times. The work was terrible, I had to go to another shop to get them redone. Symmetry was off, lines not straight. Shading terrible. She wanted to do the outlines then me come back because she had things to do. I also suspect drug use. Read Less

Got my first tattoo here and I will never go back. My tattoo should have taken a half hour but took an hour and a half because Becky kept taking breaks to smoke, etc. Artists shouldn't stop for that many breaks. Lines are not straight. There is no one else I would rather go to. I have been to 5 other shops and have never felt as comfortable as I do here. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The tattoos and piercings always turn out amazing. There is no other place that I will go and I always recommend this shop to everyone I know looking for a tattoo. Absolutely horrible. I'm pretty sure she was on some type of drug, or falling asleep while tattooing me. My first 2 tattoos were fine, but this last one is absolutely horrific. When she started the tattoo she was fine, but about 10 min after she started to like dose off? The lines aren't straight, the tattoo looks nothing like what I wanted, and she added extra things I didn't ask for. I will never again go back to this shop. Read Less

This was the worst experiance ever.  The owner Becky was taking care of other clients while working on me.  The lines are all crooked the coloring incomplete.  I have had to go somewhere else and pay again to get my tattoo and my daughters fixedCompletely awful place to go do not waste you time or money. We believe the owner was on something, she kept disappearing every 15 minutes.In addition i was informed today that i am scarred from Becky using a barbed needle on me. Read Less

I got a beautiful one of a kind hummingbird. It is in honor of my mother who can't always be here with me and Becky was able to capture what had been floating around my head for 8+ years. I love ANuTattoo Bedford! Becky is SO nice - she's one of my favorite people and she makes the experience SO comfortable and fun! Most places I've gone to have had a bunch of stuck-up dudes hanging out smoking weed and acting like they're God's gift - not Becky!
