My friends and I had an awful experience with this shop and specifically one of the artists. We went in around 3pm on a Saturday and were told it would be a 4 hour wait. We got on the waitlist and agreed to wait. We got a call at 4:30pm that they were ready for us earlier than expected. We showed up in less than five minutes from when we were called and were completely ignored by the staff when we arrived. We finally got someone to talk to us and they told us it would be an hour wait. So we agreed to wait once again. I called them back two hours later only for them to tell us that we didn't have an appointment with them. I was only able to speak to the man working the front desk and not the artist we scheduled an appointment with because even the artist had nothing to say about the mistake he made. I walked in for a consultation about a memorial tattoo for my pet who recently passed away. The guy I spoke to looked at the paw print and told me it was no good and that he couldn't really define the shape of the paw or the texture. I went to another shop to speak to another artist and he had no problems getting the shape of the paw or the texture. I just felt that the guy I spoke to was disrespectful, unprofessional, and simply did not want to take the time to give me what I was asking for. It seemed like he wanted to freehand it rather than take the effort to give me a decent tattoo. Talented doesnt begin to describe this level of artists. Ive had an eyesore of a tattoo for a few years and just had it fixed here. Couldnt be more pleased. Ben pierced my septum and did an excellent job. Apparently its a hard piercing to get right, but he nailed it. Not only did he special order a segmented ring so that I'd get the look I wanted but he took the time to line everything up and make sure the piercing had the best possible placement. Ben pierced my nose and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. I chose to get a hoop rather than the recommended stud and he made sure to warn me of the risks of doing so. He triple checked that the placement and size of the ring were exactly what I wanted.
