I got a tattoo at a pretty high in shop (Beelistics in Clifton) about 4 years ago and the experience was so bad I never finished it. The tattoo was nothing like what I asked for.
I finally went and saw Chris and he did an amazing job covering it up. It turned out better than I ever imagined. His pricing is very reasonable too.

Chris takes his time on all of his masterpieces. He has done 3 tattoos on my all get great praise for clean line work and originality. Prices are very reasonable. P.A.S is the only place I will go. Chris strives to be the best on the strip of tattoo shops in Amelia and Cincinnati.
