If I could give 0 stars I would. They could have the best tattoo artists in the world, but I wouldn't know. Spent 4 days trying to get ahold of them. They NEVER answered the phone OR returned a single message. So I went to their shop...3 times. Because twice they were closed during posted business hours. And they have a "cute" decal on the door with "modified" business hours, TLDR version states "if we're here, we're here. If not, sucks". Finally got to speak to an actual person on the 3rd visit - they scheduled me for an appointment a week away. Fine no problem. I waited that week, and they call me the day of to cancel. They left me a voicemail saying the artist was leaving work before my appointment so we'd have to reschedule, asked me to call them back. I called within 5 minutes. Refer to previous paragraph, no one picked up. I left a message, explaining I can come in earlier if that helps, otherwise would reschedule just let me know. Hours go by and I still haven't heard from them, and I started calling once every 30 mins. At least now I'm no longer surprised when they don't pick up. I've never had a harder/more frustrating time trying to give someone my money. Their customer service sucks. Read Less

Love this place. Love these artists. With all the time my husband and I have spent there, they have become like family to us. Excellent work. Every time. Received my 1st tattoo from Erin. Not sure what I was getting into, it was an experience to say the least, 2.5 hrs on her table and she made it bearable. She took artistic license on my design, we did a very special modification and I couldn't be more thrilled. Erin's work is exceptional. Seth and his crew are very professional, and do wonderful work! Seth covered a 4 year old tat (my first) that was very bad and did a great job! Wow, from the picutres it looks like a clean, well run shop and their portfolio pictures made me decide to attempt to schedule a consultation appointment.  Notice I said ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE!  I called,  left my number since the artist I was interested in meeting was with a client and when I didn't get a return call, I called again the next evening.  Again, the artist was with a client - that's fine..good for you, you're busy!  But when I again didn't get a return call I figured they don't need my business.What about a little customer service training for whoever answered the phone.  Polite enough, but I think he could have suggested another artist, a better time to reach the artist or something to keep from looking for another shop!
