David Schweyer does a great job doing tattoos, but he is a complete liar, in the process he will tell you he does home remodeling and show you beautiful pics and work. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!I had him do remodel work to my kitchen. Biggest mistake of my life. Nothing was done correctly, including electrical, plumbing and filled holes in walls with garbage instead of installation. I had to have my entire kitchen remodeled after David did my work. Worst job ever.

I LOVE Dimaura!If you want standard flash out of a book or a monster energy drink logo, you can just go anywhere. If you want a surgically clean shop with actual artists, go to Dave. Honestly. I see these reviews whining about price. Look, you get what you pay for. Always. So you might have to wait a little longer. You can have things good, fast, or cheap. Never all 3.Dave does quality work. I've taken everyone I know there, especially for first tattoos. A tattoo is a commitment. Do you want your body branded by some schlepp who's name you don't even remember, or by someone devoted to their craft? That's what you need to ask yourself when you look for tattoo shops.

David does such an amazing job of skirting this line between guru, artist, and therapist. I cannot wait to see what he has in store for Goodyear Heights next He’s got mad skillz when it comes to any art medium, but excels with the tattoo gun. This location is very personal, clean, and welcoming. You cannot find a more comfortable setting to get a tattoo. With David you also get a great experience you will remember in the conversation to be had while getting your ink done. Just do it!

When looking for a trustworthy and reputable artist with experience and natural talent to properly execute quality work this is definitely the place to go! I have been in shops before that are poorly managed, overcrowded, septic and depressing, with sketchy business and the experience was not what it should have been.This is the place to go if you are truly serious about your ink. Tattoos are forever so why not make the experience one you will always remember in a positive way? The customer service is amazing! The atmosphere is pristine, inspiring, and relaxed. The art is creative and unique. And most reasonably priced, especially given the always perfect outcome. The staff are honest and professional and i won't be caught in another "shop" ever again. This experience is a must for anyone seeking genuine art and imagination!

I've gotten 5 tattoos from other locations, from NC, OH, and Chicago IL, but this place by far has been the best! If you ever need quality tattoo work go visit this guy in Akron. Dimaura Ink's got years and years of experience. Does all tattoos custom, no flash... and always a clean professional relaxed healing environment. Very hard to find healing in a tattoo shop but they make it work great! It's also a family owned and operated business!

Picked this shop by the beautiful artwork on the building. What a great choice!!! Took my mom in today to get her first tattoo and it was a wonderful experience! Dave is so friendly and knowledgeable and does an awesome job!! I even got my nose pierced! Also his grandma was working at the shop with him which to me made for a great warm family feeling! Definitely the ONLY place I will be going for my future work!!!!!

I would not go any where else even if it was free. The Tattoo shop is one of the cleanest I have ever been in and the staff is Fantasic! This business doesn't even deserve one star. The tattoo that I received is not only NOT what I wanted, but his business ethic is terrible. He tends to be very persuasive if the imagery the customer wants is not something he wants to do, in other words, he'll sell you a tattoo that you absolutely hate. In his about section on his facebook profile, it states: "Remember, this is an art studio ..not a factory! Artists get to be picky about their canvas." Regardless, he is selling a service and should be more customer service oriented!
