I was going to get a tattoo by Eric which I was actually pretty excited about because he seemed to have a pretty good idea of what I wanted.... But when I ask the girl receptionist if my friend could sit in the front waiting room with my baby sheshe was she was very rude about it and told me that if my baby cries that she has to go outside. It's too bad for the guys that work there that their receptionist is making them lose money

The entire staff was very friendly and extremely professional! Worked with my son and I to make sure that we both got exactly what we wanted. Very clean facility. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

My wife and I were referred to Karen but she was booked that day so we were told Russ was available and he was real good! Undoubtedly he was cuz next time I'm in NC I'll be visiting him again for his great work, talent and respect! Awesome shop and everyone over there is real friendly and professional! My kids were there with us 5 and 2 years old and Ashely at the front desk kept them busy and was amazing with them! Both my wife and I love the place and the people and most definitely recommend it to everyone! See y'all soon!
