This place is amazing! There's a room for each customer, and the environment is so comfortable.I wanted to try a new salon that specializes in threading since my usual salon did not specialize in it and only 1 person does it. Here, they are so quick, yet accurate, and painless. The only problem I had was that they didn't clean the tiny hairs off my face after the threading. However, that wasn't too big of a problem since I can just brush them off myself in front of the large mirror they have. This is definitely my go-to threading salon while I'm here in Winston!

1/25/19I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY PERMANENT MAKE UP OR TATOOiING FROM THIS PERSON! Check FB review My response to owner: You engage in unscrupulous business practices, and this will probably lead to an unsavory outcome for the future of your establishment. Individuals should not establish businesses until they educate themselves in business. Now with considering the facts, the appointment for the second phase of the micro blading procedure was well within the 60 day contractual time frame. The procedure was performed on 11/7/18 and phase 2 was scheduled and then rescheduled (by Bhavi the owner) for 1/1/19. Now if my math does not fail me, that was within the contract of 60 days. I checked FB reviews and found another former client with pretty much an identical experience last year. According to Bhavi she has never had an experience like this, not sure what she was referring to, other trying to con a customer out of money. I have now had this procedure repeated which costed me an additional $400 at a reputable establishment. So I discussed this with my Attorney and provided him a copy of the contract and he believe we do have a case. Thank God for reviews! Information is always assesssible to make more inform decisions and about previous business practices.1/4/19The most horrible unprofessional experience ever!!! SHE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! This business came highly recommended for eyebrows by a friend. I decided to give it a try although 30 miles from my home. When I walked in I notice there were lots of people sitting around like cattle waiting to be called. There was no quality customer service boutique salon feeling that I am accustomed to. But anyway I waited and had my eyebrows threaded by the owner Bhavi, she did a decent job. I went back again, and this time, she recommended MiCROBLADING. I am a healthcare professional so I had researched it prior to our discussion and I knew the process and price. She quoted $450 in which I thought was a bit high for her type of cattle farm, she explained this price included a 4-6 week touch up which is standard for most. So I had microblading done and was pleased with the results. Then I called and spoke with her we scheduled the post procedure touch up appointment, but when showed up for the appointment she told me we did not have an appointment scheduled on this day there must have been a misunderstanding, in which she clearly scheduled I placed the appointment on my calendar that was a RED FLAG!!! So we rescheduled, and the day before the appointment she texted me to confirm and asked me to bring CASH because her cc machine would be down. I was confused, so I asked cash for what? she told me it would be $75 for the touch up and that she told me that in the beginning. This was outrageous and a flat out mistruth! The discussion we had in the beginning that the touch up was included in the initial price $450. Again she came up with "there was a misunderstanding" This was it for me!!! But the sad issue here is that I may have referred others there despite the physical appearance of her business, but due to her untrustworthiness and greed she will lose potential customers. I have never had this kind of untrustworthy interactions from a so-call business owner. STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESSES THAT ARE RUN LIKE THIS!!!

Just went there yesterday because I had had my false eyelashes RIPPED out from another salon. This was my last hope. I ran in without an appointment bawling my eyes out, and Bhavi saw my state and saw my naked eyelashes and did her best to comfort me. She spent 2+ hours putting mink lashes on, working an hour past closing. Although I had no eyelashes before, I look somewhat okay now. She did a great job working with my bald lashes. Thank you Bhavi!

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago because I am looking for a new eyebrow place. The lady who did my eyebrows did my brows way too fast. I sat down in the chair for about 60 seconds and she was done. It was so fast that I even made a comment about it. After I got home, I noticed that hair was still on my brow area and was very disappointed. I'm okay with someone completing their job at a fast pace, but not when it's not done properly. I will keep looking for a new eyebrow place.

Update my review- his morning I received a phone call from the owner who apologized about what happened yesterday and offer to make amends. I do appreciate they took the time and listened to my concerns. They do a great job on brows. It was just unfortunate that this new employee was not more attentive to what she was told. We just want to make sure it will not happen again to someone else. The quality of their work it is not necessary to push extra services. My 16 year o...ld just wanted her eyebrows done and the woman who did her threading after she said no on the upper and lower lips did them anyway. My daughter said she actually got up and the woman told her to sit back down. She thought maybe she was going to put a lotion on brow area but she proceeded to do her lips after she had already told her no. My poor teenager trying to be polite did not know what to do and ends up leaving crying. What was supposed to be a nice afternoon ruined. I am disappointed how Bhavi handled it when I came back in from the parking lot after I found out what had transpired. See More

This could be a five all day long. The head lady of the shop is awesome! Unfortunately some of the other employees need more practice and not on customers. I have been going here for years and have had a few encounters such as this. I like to give others a chance because I have had some really great experiences but bad ones too. The last person who threaded my eyebrows tried but they looked terrible. She couldn't shape them. The tips were threaded off as she attempted to shape them. She offered me make up for the repair. She tried so I just said thank you, it was my free one anyway. I had to use a razor and tweezers to fix my mess but it flawless now. I still had to pencil the ends until they grow back. Go fogure!

I used to go here faithfully. Bhavi is great at brows and she's such a sweet person. My last visit she asked if it would be ok to have a new person do my brows and I said ok because I trusted that it would be fine...wrong! I ended up with one eyebrow completely gone. I had a bad Gwen Stefani 90's era flashback of what my brows were like in the 8th grade. It took me months to get them back to normal. I haven't been back for brows since. I recently saw them set up at the International Festival and my daughter wanted to try henna. I paid $10 plus tip and was told to leave it on for at least an hr. She left it on for 1.5 hrs. By day 3 it was almost gone. Her classmate got a very similar design and was only charged $5 & hers is much darker. Definitely not a happy costumer.

I stumbled upon this place while visiting the dentist in the same shopping plaza. Bobbi greeted me and told me she was free. I told her I only had a few minutes because of my dentist appt and she had me out in 5 minutes. I needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded since I moved here to NC and I've been going there ever since. Almost 3 years now. Bobbi is so fast and always very pleasant, even when she was pregnant! Those were bushy eyebrow months when she was on maternity leave! The price is the best you can get for the service and for the amazing shape she gives your eyebrows.

This place is amazing! There's a room for each customer, and the environment is so comfortable.I wanted to try a new salon that specializes in threading since my usual salon did not specialize in it and only 1 person does it. Here, they are so quick, yet accurate, and painless. The only problem I had was that they didn't clean the tiny hairs off my face after the threading. However, that wasn't too big of a problem since I can just brush them off myself in front of the large mirror they have. This is definitely my go-to threading salon while I'm here in Winston!

I have been coming to this place for couple months now and every time I come - Bhavi always seems annoyed . When someone request her she rolls her eyes or makes a annoyed gesture. I get mine done by either ladies and they do a good job , just need better customer service .

Bhavi always does an OUTSTANDING job on my eyebrows. She always does them exactly how I ask her to do them and she's quick! The best eyebrow threader I've ever come across. Definitely 5 stars!

Thanks Bhavi and yes you ROCK .I've never waited longer than 20 minutes even when the store was full. she is understanding about sensitivity and great at shaping your brows. The results are long lasting and so much better than waxing. The prices are already awesome.

I had destroyed my eyebrows and its like she did magic and fixed them! Now my eyebrows look like they're tattooed !! I definitely found my eyebrow place from now and on!! This could be a five all day long. The head lady of the shop is awesome! Unfortunately some of the other employees need more practice and not on customers. I have been going here for years and have had a few encounters such as this. I like to give others a chance because I have had some really great experiences but bad ones too. The last person who threaded my eyebrows tried but they looked terrible. She couldn't shape them. The tips were threaded off as she attempted to shape them. She offered me make up for the repair. She tried so I just said thank you, it was my free one anyway. I had to use a razor and tweezers to fix my mess but it flawless now. I still had to pencil the ends until they grow back. Go fogure!

I used to go here faithfully. Bhavi is great at brows and she's such a sweet person. My last visit she asked if it would be ok to have a new person do my brows and I said ok because I trusted that it would be fine...wrong! I ended up with one eyebrow completely gone. I had a bad Gwen Stefani 90's era flashback of what my brows were like in the 8th grade. It took me months to get them back to normal. I haven't been back for brows since. I recently saw them set up at the International Festival and my daughter wanted to try henna. I paid $10 plus tip and was told to leave it on for at least an hr. She left it on for 1.5 hrs. By day 3 it was almost gone. Her classmate got a very similar design and was only charged $5 & hers is much darker. Definitely not a happy costumer.

I stumbled upon this place while visiting the dentist in the same shopping plaza. Bobbi greeted me and told me she was free. I told her I only had a few minutes because of my dentist appt and she had me out in 5 minutes. I needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded since I moved here to NC and I've been going there ever since. Almost 3 years now. Bobbi is so fast and always very pleasant, even when she was pregnant! Those were bushy eyebrow months when she was on maternity leave! The price is the best you can get for the service and for the amazing shape she gives your eyebrows.

Just moved here a few weeks ago for school rotations and my eyebrows were ready for a "clean up" hahaaAnyway I drove by this place and decided to give it a shot!Place was nice and clean with multiple small rooms for privacy as you get your services done.She (forgot her name :( ) was very fast and did a great job!I'll be back!
