Been year's since I had visit Earth's Edge for first time for a Tongue Piercing. I was very impressed with how clean this salon was and with the friendly staff. I am wanting to Thank Sarah Lacy for the fantastic job she did on a tattoo she did on my forearm in memory of my Son. It is absolutely Perfect, Beautiful and EVERYTHING I had imagined it would look like. She was extremely nice and made sure that I was happy with every step of the process from application to finish product. Though I am not sure I will be getting another tattoo, but if I do I will be going back to Earth's Edge and hope to have Sarah Lacy do that one also. Thanks so much! Read Less

I was greeted promptly when I entered ,and the staff was super friendly, courteous and professional .The shop is very clean and has a great vibe .My questions were answered very politely and clearly and I felt very welcome in this shop! Years ago, I took my mom here for here for her first tattoo and she loved them then. I went to get my daith pierced 3/17. Joshua did my piercing. He was amazing. He told me it wouldn't hurt, and he was right. It was just a lot of pressure. The piercing itself took no more than 2 minutes. I would recommend this place to others. Read Less

I came in as a Walk in today. John was able to schedule me for a same day appointment even though he is usually pretty booked. This shop is very clean and nicely laid out. I had a decent idea of what I wanted but John's creativity and my carefree personality made for such a great Tattoo. He made sure to explain caring instructions and products to use during healing. I had an old tattoo worked on and Shane did an awesome job!!! There were things that I did not like with the original tattoo and Shane made it look like a totally new and different tattoo. I absolutely love Earths Edge. This is the only tattoo/piercing shop I've ever fully trusted with my body. Josh has done all but 2 of my piercings and he makes me so comfortable and just makes the process so much easier. Today I got my first tattoo ever from Byron and he's such an amazing artist and my tattoo turned out better than I could have ever imagined and just makes you feel so comfortable. Stopped by to get a few piercing today I got my rook re pierced and my industrial bar done. Very satisfied by how friendly and clean the place was. The man who done my piercings is name Nate. Best place to get your first tattoo. They are curious and highly sanitary. Each artist has their own station to provide privacy. They give you a care sheet to help take care of your tattoo. I honestly can say my experience was amazing I highly recommend this shop to first time people. Read Less

I went in to get my nostril pierced around Christmas, at first it started off great, the piercer was nice and he got my piercing done quickly cleanly and efficiently, the part I'm mad about is that a few weeks after getting it done, I developed a bump on my nose, it was red, swollen, and leaking fluid. I decided I'd go to the piercer, after all he should be the one to tell me what to do, he said it was a keloid and told me to put Cortizone 10 on it, that made it WORSE! I got my nipples pierced here and i must say it was a good, clean environment. The guy knew what he was talking about (he had gauges).BUT he was extremely rude?! He wasn't very friendly and even though I asked him 103,820 times to be very calming to me to help me soothe my nerves he still rushed through the process.Other than that great clean piercing. Don't listen the the bad review Taylor gave! I went to earths edge on my 18th birthday and got a tattoo on my side. The guy that did mine also does my dads tattoos and he had movies playing. And in my personal opinion. The movie playing helps take your mind off the pain. And my tattoo turned out great so I knew that he knew what he was doing. I have been here for many tattoos and piercings. I almost missed it the first time because it's tucked down in the parking lot a little. The staff is very talented, friendly and helpful with designing tattoos to suit you as well as educate you on questions about caring for your new piercings. I currently have 13 tattoos and all but 1 have been done here! At one point, I had 19 piercings and all of them were done here! Josh and Byron both do amazing jobs with piercings and helping you find jewelry to look great. My tattoos have been done by several artists and all were exceptional and never regretful pieces. I need to start by saying I'm not the type of person to ridicule any human being, but 3 months ago I got 5 stars tattooed on my left leg. The owner was the person who did my work. I must admit he was a very polite and easy going individual  which is why I was very disappointed when 8 days later I had little white puss pockets that started to appear on the outline of the tattoo and was itching. I thought the itching was just because of the healing  process. The puss pockets made me a little worried. So I went to a physician and they told me that it was an infection that came from either the tattoo artist's instruments or the ink. So I went back to show them the infected tattoo and he acknowledged that it's possible it came from negligence on his end. ( I have 7 prior tattoos, never had any problem.) So we agreed to take care of the problem. But once the doctors referred me to a dermatologist, he started singing a different tune. So I'm now going to seek legal representation. I'm very pissed off. I feel like I was not only ripped offFor 200$ I have now spent almost 800$ in hospital and dermatologist bills. So I regret ever stepping inside the doors of this tattoo parlor. I only wanted the little stars to cover up a scar I had that made me a little self conscious being a woman. Instead now I have bigger scars that will show on me for life and no one wants to take responsibility. So please, please, be very careful and aware of "the what ifs " . I never would have thought going to such a reputable establishment, that I would ever be sharing this horror story with you guys. 3 months later I'm still really scarred and itching uncontrollable. I have gotten two tattoos at Earth's Edge, and really enjoyed both experiences. Both tattoos were done by a man who (I believe) is the owner. The first time, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly where I wanted it. The second time, however, I only had a rough sketch. The staff at Earth's Edge drew the perfect tattoo and helped me decide on the exact placement. When I apologized for being a "wuss" while getting tattooed, the staff assured me that I was doing great. They allowed my friend to sit in the room with me, talk and laugh with me, and even take pictures and video. Further, the shop was extremely clean and I always felt very comfortable. Read Less
