I would highly recommend Jay's Custom Tattooing in Monroe. He is a great artist. His tattooing ability is awesome. I have had 3 tattoos done by him. I was very pleased. His shop is extremely clean and has a calm atmosphere. I will definitely go back to him for my next tattoo. He takes your ideas and really comes up with an awesome tattoo each time. Best place to go for your next tattoo. 5 stars for real!!!
